AltCoin support, specifically Shakira, was amazing.

I'm only giving a 4 out of 5 because the team needs to work on their verification process, their system is messed up, it keeps you going in a loop trying to verify your account. But shout out to Shakira!

Insane fees, services never delivered.
firstly I was charged R71 for an instant withdrawal.
This withdrawal came through about a day later. They blamed the banks, I'm shit outta luck, whatever, I decided to let it slide.
Not even a few days later, I buy a checkers voucher to get food, its now 4 hours later, I still haven't had a working voucher.
Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern.
This is theft.

I have been trying to make a withdrawal for months now. Opened multiple tickets for assistance to no resolve. They ask you to answer silly questions then close the ticket without successfully assisting you. They don’t even show you on the app how to resolve this issue. It’s so easy to make a deposit this works just fine no issues, quick to take money but hard to withdraw. Very disappointing, high-key fraudulent tendencies. I absolutely… highly… DO NOT recommend using AltCoinTrader finish and klaar!
