If I could rate half a star I would. After couple of emails sent to support about withdrawal issues, there has been absolutely no response.

My name is Funanani,I have been with Altcoin Trader for almost a year now. When it comes to resolving client's issues ,they put their customers first and make sure they interact with you at all times. I had a verification problem where I couldn't get the requirements right however they managed to help me through their support team which promptly responded whenever I needed them. They're indeed a company I trust.

the app works fine but the support staff is TERRIBLE, I have never felt so disrespected by a person I don’t even know, and shortly after that disrespect I was put on hold while speaking. VERY unprofessional.

I recently had an issue withdrawing my money because I hadn't verified the account. After a long and exhausting process, I managed to verify my account reach level 2. But nothing changed, I still can't withdraw my funds. I have a couple of complaints to the support team and they are just read without any response.

All my queries were addressed and in a satisfactory manner, coin recovery and withdrawal policy change within the CMA area. However, what I noticed with our communication with the helpdesk, it's the response time. Sometimes urgent issues tend to be delayed especially on email engagement . Please try to improve on prompt email feedback.

I withdrew xrp to binance but my coins didnt arrive just after talking to altcointrader support my issue was resolved in less than 24hours im a happy client as we speak keep up the good work

This is the WORST Company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have been trying to change my email address from my previous work email address; to my new personal email address; despite doing all of this; as per their website; I am now being told that on the handwritten letter I should have put .co.za after Altcoin Trader, every time I call them, I get different information. How difficult is it to update my email address. I am SICK TO THE BACK TEETH OF THIS COMPANY!

I really love the easy to use platform and the unparalleled support team however I dont like the recent changes whereby altcointrader no longer allows processing of withdrawals to countries like Lesotho,Namibia and Botswana . So therefore I really wish they could improve this issue because it leaves some skepticism as to whether we continue using the platform because funds belonging to people coming from the above mentioned countries remain stuck on the platform and inaccessible with no clue until when

Very difficult to get you money paid out.
1. First I was told that my email is invalid, but I receive an email every time I log in.
2. Then I was told that they need my proof of address, after I already sent an email with my proof of adress
3. Lastly I was told to send a photo with my ID, my face and a piece of paper with the date and Altcointrader. I was then informed that the photo was incorrect. The size of the paper was to big, it had to be held next to my ear, and it has to say Altcointrader.co.za
I only wanted to draw some of the fund, but after this I am concerned, and want all of my funds

Good day. I'm having an issue, my withdrawal is still processing since Friday, yesterday I created two tickets for support, they were read but no response, again today I created another one, still the same. I'm giving it 5 stars because I've been using it for a almost 3 years and never gotten issues and I normally withdraw 3 to 4 times a month without any problem. I wonder what's the issue my withdrawal hasn't been processed yet? Support isn't even responding to my queries... it's really frustrating.

Any problem or query I ever had their support team solved it and they are very patient. I’m glad that I found AltCoinTrader been using their platform since 2018.

Altcoin trader is the best because every query that is in their table they handle it professionally without hesitation that is why is my preferred online exchange nowadays,

I made a withdraw to a wallet on the 26th of June 2024 and the status of the transaction indicated that the transaction was completed successfully on my AltCoinTrader account. Upon reviewing the transaction history, on the wallet the funds were supposed to have been received, there were no recorded of funds received. I waited to give the system a chance as with technology there might be a delay with high traffic and blockchain confirmation on the Tx pool.

The following day I reviewed the TxnHash ID on the Etherscan was unable to be located. I reached out to AltCoinTrader support line on the 27th of June 2024 at 08h06 and forward all the relevant details of my transaction. AltCoinTrader Support Team responded at 08h09 to inform me that the team is busy with my query. On the 28th of June 2024 at 08h36 AltCoinTrader Team contacted me via email to notify me that my transaction has been reprocessed and the funds has been sent and received to the wallet address. In one day AltCoinTrader resolved my query successfully.

The other point is the security level of a 2FA code and a second OTP code when withdrawing funds. This, I'm pleased as it gives me a peace of mind of assurance that my funds in AltCoinTrader is kept safe and no funds will be transferred out of my account without my knowledge. And since AltCoinTrader has been approved and licenced as a Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASP) in South Africa this gives me a peaceful night rest when it comes to regulators.
