I rates it 1 star because there was no option to give it zero stars. I put money in altcointrader and bought crypto. When I wanted to cash out it was no possible. The support ignored all my communication and I never got my money back. Do NOT use altcointrader if you want your money back as you won’t get it back. I lost mine. Never saw a penny back. These people are scammers.

My issue of delayed funds was resolved. The reason for the delay was pointed out to me and I was given the guidelines to follow in future when depositing.

The support team are professionals,they are insightful in handling the any issue of importance.

The response I got was speedy and without any problems I could change my coin and set for withdrawal.

From the point of view i have gained through experience through hardship,never ever invest all your investment into unknown companies which does not exist and verified as registered company and you
fastly agree to invest in such companies. The reason behind is that we are easily get tempted to recieve higher profit within seconds and never agree to such unfounded profit,are scammers. Altcointrader is the best amongst all companies i have ever met,i have been working together with your company since 2019 i have never gone wrong,its an outstanding company in all positions,Time Management,Customer service,Leadership and Management its highly esteemed.

Their support team is quick to respond and assist with my problems

This platform is quite a blessing because every time i fund and make withdrawal the process is very quick due to dedicated staff.

Be very, very careful when investing with these pigs. Will do absolutely everything humanly possibly to not pay your investments out and ridicule you.

This is getting better by the day. I have now been asked to provide a bank statement. This in spite of having spoken to Monique in the fraud department who assured me all will be sorted out. I have now almost provided enough information from the day I was born. All this for the change of an email address. Which in the first place was not requested by me. The incompetence is getting even better and I hope someone gets a bonus for stupidity. Should maybe start from the top. As a Customer getting very worried. As mentioned by others they only respond to the positive. This is a Scam. They clearly state that they do not accept Capitec bank Statements ???

Altcointrader is now a scam. They make sure to keep on giving new requirements. When you meet them they shoot down the same and demand more. They play around with technicalities like IP address, public IP address, VPN IP address and more. Their goal appears, as scammers do, to outsmart the client and keep the money for themselves.

I have read so many of the reviews and the ones that have five stars all seem to have the same theme and the ones that have one starall have a problem with getting their money out or withdrawals.
why don't you form a class action and go to carte blanche or go to the newspapers in order deal with this

They are fraud. When it comes to pay your profit I must paid signal fee. Done. 2nd time to send my profit I must pay exchange fee. Done. Then I have to wait 46 hours. After waiting the time out they reversed my profit. No I have to pay again for them to send it. What nonsense is this? The agent is Hudson Aroon.

I am trying to withdraw my funds and the website wont allow it, stating it is under maintenance. They sent a mail reply stating they are working on it but cant give an estimate of when the problem will be resolved. this is complete BS

I have been using more ten years and their service is excellent.

Altcointrader have the best customer service ,they need more than 5 stars
Emailed them about my issue , got a fast respond , they sorted out my issue and even apologized for any inconvenience caused .

I don’t know if these guys are to be trusted anymore, I’ve been with them for years. I cannot access my account as my phone has reset I’ve sent them authentication pictures but still no response and I cannot access my account.

I am worried as I hope I haven’t thrown my money into the bin. :(

Hi Altcointrader, I see you are only responding on the Positive reviews and not on the negative ones. How come?
We would like to see who is in the wrong.

Most user friendly platform. I have accounts with other platforms as well but AltCoinTrader is the most user friendly for beginners

I have an account with AltCoinTrader since 2015 and it is honestly the easiest platform for beginners.
