I received my leaf blower but the power call was missing.
I send them 2 emails and had no response. I have also phoned them twice and all I get is an automated service that just keeps me waiting!!! I now have a leaf blower that I can’t use and a hefty phone bill. 😡

If the produkt brakes, you have to spend all your time sending it back and forth to Germany.
Bought a robot lawn mower in the summer 2018. A software update broke it - we had to send it to Germany. After a month we received it back. Worked thee rest of the summer. Put it away for the winter. When we wanted to use it again, it broke down, because of new updates. We had to send it to Germany. After 1 1/2 month we received a brand new one. Only problem ... the charging station was completely splittted in parts and broken. Now they want us to send it all back to Germany again. Now it’s middle of May and it hasn’t worked yet in 2019. SO BAD customer service. Don’t ever use this company!!! They don’t care about their customers.
