There is so much choice onthe website and It was so easy to place my order and find the gift I was looking for. The team packed it really well and notified me when shipped and it arrived within a few days

This is my favourite shop in Keswick and I follow them on social media - they posted the cutest little porcelain fox and I had to get it. First time I’ve bought online (I’ve bought plenty in the shop 😉) - really easy ordering and very fast delivery.
And the fox is even cuter in real life 🩷

The customer experience is second to none. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A picture which was out of stock was sourced and shipped to me within four days. The range of treats available are reasonably priced and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend all to visit

Generally, I really like this gift shop and they have excellent, sometimes quirky gifts. Finding the item I wanted to purchase online was very straight forward and there were no issues with the ordering, payment or delivery. The mugs I received were well packaged so arrived undamaged and in good time.
The issue I had was with the mugs themselves, which were ones with an elephant inside. The idea is to have a bit of fun with your unsuspecting visitor so that they are sipping their coffee and then the elephant starts to appear. The mugs are beautiful but unfortunately, you have to over-fill the mug to fully hide the elephant's trunk, which isn't ideal!
What I would say, though, is that the company refunded me without any fuss, so their customer service was excellent.
Otherwise, I would definitely buy from this company again.

I follow the shop on Instagram,and recently an image popped up of a new product, a beautiful, tall floral design vase. It was just what I'd been looking for, I simply followed the link, and minutes later transaction was completed. Free postage over £30 and very quick delivery. The vase did not disappoint and is even better in real life. Whether shopping online or in the Keswick shop I have another lovely product purchased from a great small business.
