We finally got a mobile app now for our platform! The previous company who designed and developed a mobile app for us couldn't explain and fix the issue that made their/our app disabled for some countries or devices on Google Play and AppStore. We lost a lot on this, and customers reported their colleagues had the app and couldn't use it, while other people at the company had never got a chance to see the mobile app icon.
