You can always trust on the best service from these lovely ladies ! Great advice and knowledge of holiday places near and far.

We went here to the Littleborough sitea couple years ago to book our first family holiday abroad. We had no idea where to go etc, they did it all for us. The staff are absolutely out of this world, they go above and beyond. Last year we had a holiday booked, we found out my husband had a brain tumour and needed to be operated on asap which meant we couldn't go on holiday, stupidly we didnt get insurance in time so we should of lost the money. The staff here fought and fought and got us our money back in a voucher. We have no booked another holiday to celebrate him being ok. People say its cheaper to book yourself. Ive not found it to be more expensive and even if it was id still book through these ladies as they actually care, they want the best, they are outstanding, and i now know no matter what they look after you and fight for yoi. They didnt have to do what they did, it was our own fault for not having insurance and i was taking the loss. Thank you ladies for being amazing and making sure we have the best holidsys. Just back from a trip to Murcia booked through Althams. The staff in the Yeadon branch are always ready with a friendly smile and a cup of tea. It’s always a pleasure to go into the shop and they’re so helpful. We’ve used them for a couple of years now and will certainly continue to do so.

The staff at the farnworth branch were absolutely amazing, my dad was in Thailand and couldn’t get back due to the war! Rachel and Catherine kept me updated on flight cancellations and rebooking of his flights, as my dad didn’t have email etc … he has arrived home safely now! Me and my partner booked our holiday to Thailand at the Chorley branch, and I just want write a special review for Chloe! She was absolutely exceptional, she kept us informed throughout the whole process and made sure it was smooth sailing. The customer service was absolutely brilliant and she really went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be booking again through Althams Chorley!

My wife and I have been customers of the Otley branch for years. Kathryn and her team have always been happy to be extra professional, efficient, customer friendly, aware of our requirements and to go the extra mile to ensure we are provided with the best outcome possible. We cannot commend the team highly enough.

We haven't travelled abroad since covid,so are unfamiliar with present day arrangements. Michelle was very helpful and took us through all we needed to know in order to get the holiday we wanted. Very patient with us and very friendly. We would thoroughly recommend, and hope to use again later in the year 😀

Have used Althams in Huddersfield for a number of years and have never had any problems! The team are all very friendly and go out of their way to listen to just what you want from your holiday. The staff go above and beyond … helpful friendly and nothing is too much trouble … my flights were cancelled less than 24 before departure and Sarah worked after hours so that we still had an alternative flight and saved a very stressful situation

Ryan has been our main contact as he has helped us over a few years and never lets us down.
All the staff are always helpful and willing to get us the best break we can. The staff are amazingly friendly and so helpful, nothing is a problem.
