I’m generally the type of person to only take vitamin tablets, and honestly not feel any different. When I was first introduced to shilajit I was a bit skeptical but once I gave it a go, following a consistent routine, my energy was completely different, I’m hardly ever tired through the day and I feel so much more screwed on and focused which means I get more done. The taste ain’t terrible, in all fairness I can’t have my tea without it, I’ve become accustomed to it where I prefer it. My sleep cycle has improved, every morning my sleep feels full, and it’s not a chore tryina get out of bed.

Not one to usually take any supplements or leave reviews. However, I’ve been taking Shilajit for approx. 1 week and it’s genuinely worked wonders. It’s helped improve my concentration, energy levels and sleep. Looking forward to experiencing the other benefits outlined for women. Also staff have been very helpful with answering any queries. Would definitely recommend to others.

Honest review and I will try be quick with explaining my reasons of why I recommend others to try.

Firstly the consistency of service and quality of product has allowed me to continue using their shilajit even though there are other companies that sell but there are not many authentic shilajit brands existing in the market.

After doing my research, I started to take the shilajit supplement daily, small amount on tip of spoon provided by Altitude, and remained consistent for 3 months now.

Whether it is placebo or not, I started seeing results in my strength increase, increase in my deadlift, bench and squat numbers and other exercises. Mentally I felt good and I naturally have more energy.

I will continue using this supplement and it will be part of my daily routine, only way to know the true benefits and experience it is by remaining consistent with it all while maintaining a healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and daily exercise habits.

Best shillajit I’ve tried!
I’ve been using it for a week now and this is potent. Noticeably I’m sleeping better and have an increased libido. It tastes awful straight from the jar so I mix it in with my tea and dissolves really well. Definitely recommend.

Thank God I didn’t have to struggle to find the best brand for shilajit, coz I hit jackpot first time !
