I’ve taken Shilajit for around 3 weeks now and I’ve noticed my energy increase, I’m also getting far better times on my 5k runs than I used to.

As for the taste, I personally love it, it’s weirdly nice. Easy to consume, tastes and smells strong.

From beginning to end of me finding this brand of shilajit, it has been an amazing experience. I was referred to Altitude through a friend who told me how they had experienced wonderful changes in their lifestyle since using Altitude so I took my leap of faith to message the owner to ask questions which were important to me. I wanted to know where and how it was sourced, if I could see if the product was tested etc and the owner was extremely forthcoming with answers for any questions I threw at him. Other suppliers have not been so helpful. This automatically made me trust Altitude even more.

I ordered 2 pots and received a beautiful bottle with the order also which keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. Exceptional customer service, the order processed and arrived at my door within 2 days.

The packaging is absolutely stunning. It makes me feel that I am using a luxury product everyday - which in fact I do feel that I am because Altitude has changed my life massively within a matter of weeks. The pot includes a QR code which you can scan and it gives you further information about Shilajit and how to use it as well as the benefits.

Have I noticed any changes? Absolutely! I'm more alert, more focused, calmer, sleeping better and generally feeling more with it than I have done for years. I suffer with fibromyalgia and fibro fog (brain fog) is a massive issue for me. My brain feels a lot less foggy and I'm finding that I am not as forgetful; possibly due to better sleep or just feeling more focused either way I'm so happy!

I’ve been taking this for nearly 1 month now and the benefits are clearly felt. I have experienced massive boost in my productivity and focus during prolonged hours of work. A decrease in my stress levels mainly realised this as my breathing pattern had changed from fast paced to way more controlled.

I’m a guy who drinks 3/4 cups of coffee a day, and after taking this I genuinely have sometimes 1 if any at all cos it’s simply not needed unless you plan on staying up extra late. The energy boost this supplement gives is I’d say similar to creatine when it comes to performance when going gym except you can take this without having to go to the gym or drink excess water to hydrate your body.
