Love this company. Use them for a crypto IRA. I know ITC may be the more popular choice but, if people looked at the fee structure they’d pick Alto. No minimum deposits, no minimum trade size. Also powered by Coinbsse exchange so your transactions will actually go through.
The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the lack of in kind transfers and actually taking custody of my crypto when I cash out in leu of selling it to cash. I’ll give them time though. They’re still in their infancy and I’m no where near cash out age. Well done Alto!

Beware of Alto IRA - Cost Me Thousands Due to Lack of Notification
I've had one of the worst experiences with Alto IRA, and I want to warn others before they fall into the same trap. I had invested in an asset through their platform. However, without any prior warning or notification, Alto IRA discontinued this asset, and I lost thousands of dollars as a result.
The real kicker here is the complete absence of communication from Alto IRA. There was no email, no message in the app, nothing to inform me that my investment was about to become obsolete. This lack of transparency is not just disappointing; it's financially damaging. I've learned the hard way that their customer service and investor notification system are severely lacking.
I strongly recommend steering clear of this platform if you value your financial security and peace of mind. There are better, more responsible platforms out there that won't leave you in the dark when it comes to your investments. Don't make the same mistake I did; take your IRA elsewhere

I over funded my IRA account and Morgan was very helpful every step of the way to make sure I withdraw my money successfully. I appreciate Alto made communication very easy.
We had an incorrect fax number but it was all taken care of very pleased with the service.
Emails regarding orders completed don't provide details. They should identify the crypto, the amount of cryptos and the action (placed, canceled, executed).
The "Transactions" page should include the hours:minutes:seconds as well as the date in the "Completed" column. The transaction fee and slippage should also be included on the Transactions page.
Great experience so far! Account opening and transfer request was easy and efficient. Customer service (Morgan) is top notch.
I am unable to log in to find my latest market value as per the request I just received.
There is no option for setting limit orders for anything but BTC, ETH and SOL. It seems I can't trade any other coins at this time. No email notice of any issue though...

The representative was awesome, but I greatly need you to add a graph like all of my other investment sites have. One that shows the movements of my stocks as a whole, on a daily, wkly, mthly, yearly and overall view.
Same problem here. Have had decent experience until past few days. I’ve had sell limit orders working forever and just in time for the latest alt-coin rally they conveniently stop firing? Called customer service “phone support”, which is a euphemism because after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, they tell you to send an email to “help”. I got an email from “support“ and they said they were having their “technical“ team looking into it and they would get back to me. That was five hours ago meanwhile, my limit orders are still not firing and I can’t cancel the existing limit orders because their system won’t let me so I’m stuck in limit order purgatory. A supposed financial services company that can’t handle its own order book is truly pathetic. Caveat emptor.
