Defective after only 8 months – warranty wrongly denied
These shoes felt great at first – light, comfortable, and a perfect fit. But after only 8 months of light use (one 5 km run per week), the inner heel of the right shoe wore through.
When I filed a warranty claim, the manufacturer denied it, citing wrong sizing, improper putting on, lack of fixation, or an “atypical foot.” None of these apply – the shoes were the right size, properly worn, and my other running shoes have never shown such an issue.
For a product costing €130, visible damage after such limited use is unacceptable. This is a clear defect that should be recognized under warranty.
