The worst support ive ever seen. i boguht a mfa and it didnt work

and they wont give me my money back

I bought 2 MFA, one was banned on hypixel, the other one straight up doesn't exist. I asked support multiple time but they seem non-existent? this website is a complete scam and don't buy from them

Half of the alts were already banned ( i used a vpn) and i didnt get a responce still. (made my quary like 4 days ago)

I wanted to buy some Hypixel alts with google pay, but it doesnt work. i get sent to the credit card window when i click google pay. I wanted to pay with google pay, because i wasn't sure, if paying with my credit card is safe here.

Wonderful it was super easy and they give a 1 time replacement unlike other shops who give u timed warrentys overall the admins are nice the shop is easy kinda sad they dont have paypal but eh its whatever

Buyed hypixel unbanned alts, all of them are banned upon delivery and support tells me to shut up when asked for new alts (Bans fall under their 'lifetime' warranty).

Edit: I was contacted with my issue and told it was a 'user fault...' all of my account are pre watchdog banned. I havent played on them before. I also got banned from their discord and blocked by the support team, overall bad support and bad products.
