Altur.co is a scam company! Order never arrived!
I ordered an item 17th February. It's 12th March and despite their policy saying it takes 7-20 days for delivery, I stil haven't received my one order.
From looking at their shipping policy, the US had the shortest delivery time, which made me assume Altur was based in the US. However they're actually based in China, which isn't mentioned anywhere on the site. The fact they have 79.3k followers makes you think they're legitimate but they probably bought most of their followers! When I emailed them they sent a generic email in unnatural-sounding English saying my parcel is "coming in my direction"... Always check company reviews before purchasing, especially from companies seen on social media!
I think this site is a scam
Please do not trust Altur. I placed an order on Feb. 4th not knowing this brand is based in China. They didn’t ship out my item until the 11th after I emailed them and sent me a tracking number. The item was “delivered” to an address in China and after emailing them they said the item was delivered and never responded back to me since. I live in the US so it’s impossible for it to have been delivered since it never left the country. I am sad because I was looking forward to my purchase, but this has been nothing but disappointment and I just want my money back. They give you one email address to contact and no phone number. Please stay away from this site, do not support fraud. I wish I would have looked into it before purchasing.

So disappointed in this company! I placed my order Feb. 9th emailed the company on Feb. 15 they told me my order was being prepared to ship and now they will not reply to my emails and no product. I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered. In the process of disputing this with my bank!

I ordered from them over 60 dollars in October. Order supposedly got sent to wrong address. Said they would resend. Never resent, haven’t replied to any of my emails or refunded my money. No one to contact besides email. Don’t waste time with this company

They take your money and never send the goods. They do not reply to your emails, DM on instagram or Facebook messages.
This company is just one big fraud.

Horrible customer service
I placed an order with Altur on November 19th. It's December 20th and I have not received my package or any updates. I emailed them on the 8th to see what the hold up was and I still have not received a response. They say on their website that the longest it should take for you to receive your order is two weeks and if it exceeds that time, you should contact them. Well that is exactly what I did. At this point I would rather not support their business and would like a refund instead.
Fluctuating quality and long wait on shipping
I ordered three items two months ago well knowking that the reviews were bad. I didn't expect too much since several people have said that the quality is bad and that they did not receive what they ordered. I received the first item after a month which I think is a long wait. The quality wasn't too good but I didn't pay much for the item so it was as expected. After waiting another month for the last two items i sort of gave up on them, but they arrived today. One item is bad quality and the size is off but the other item was really cute and nice looking.

I wish there was a no stars option. Whoever handles customer relations is horrible. They are blatantly rude and probably don't care that this demeanour can ruin their brand. Don't buy from this company.

I never received my order at all! first they replied to my requests, but when the tracking info said the parcel was BACK in Beijing nobody ever replied anymore! So money is simply lost!

Ordered 2 bras, never seen them. Got a tracking number that showed absolutely different name, informed the company about this issue and got an idea they even don’t read what customer is writing, got an e-mail again with the same tracking number... First time ever in my life I have such a bad experience with ordering via internet. Now they even stopped answering me. Asked for a package or refund, never heard from them again. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ALTUR.CO!
Just a quick update: 2 weeks later didn’t hear from the company or received package.
UPDATE: Received my package on the 16th of January. Better later than never, almost 3 months of waiting. Quality is quite ok.

I ordered two items in august. They only shipped one item. Then they sent me an E-mail that I received the item even though I didn't. It took about a week until it finally arrived and that was in october (almost 3 months of delivery time). The tracking didn't work at the start and then it told me I already received my item. The second item of 40$ I never received. I tried to contact them at least 5 times. First they replied but when it was about the second item I never got a response. I would NOT order from this website ever again! Bye 40$ for an item I never received.

Altur SUCKS
Altur SUCKS. I ordered three harnesses and a bra from them and the bra was never received and one of the harnesses I actually received was the wrong style. I contacted them FIVE times to try to return the order, get help tracking down the bra, get a refund, etc. given that they claim a money back guarantee on their website, and all they've done is ignore me. Super profesh guys! Seriously, garbage products made out of dental floss and even more garbage customer service.

I made a purchase. waited and waited for delivery. Wrote them an email - no answer.
Finally got an answer on Facebook, they figured out the things I bought were sold out - but they did not inform me about it. After contacting the support on FB, I managed to get my money back, but the whole experience was simply bad.
Looking how their FB and instagram are run I have a feeling this is a fishy company, possibly a scam.
Cheap material from China
The Harness I ordered is just a really, really cheap elastic band made in China. Defintily not worth the price, I'm really disappointed because the website looked so nice and I thought it would be shipped from the US. Really bad quality.
Cute bras, terrible quality
I was really excited to get this pretty, reasonably priced, embroidered bra when I ordered it. It took a full month for my order to arrive, and upon receiving it the quality is obviously poor and the fit is really awkward. This bra was not nearly cheap enough to justify how cheaply made it clearly is. Might work if your bra size is like a 32B or smaller, but if you want anything bigger than that I would stay away. Would not buy from them again.
