Would not recommend
Alumbra Energia was recommended to me by Engel Energy, the company I used to install solar panels. I received expensive electricity bills, more than before solar was installed. My fault I should have checked the prices better. I tried every day for a month to contact them to ask about prices and they either didn't answer the phone or I was told told someone would call me back. I heard nothing. I changed energy companies after 2 months because I couldn't risk any more high bills. I decided to return the bills as unpaid and low and behold I had a call from their credit control company. They were not interested in my story about why I returned the bills they just wanted their money. I asked for some time to pay as it was more than I has anticipated. They said half now and half in 15 days. I couldn't make the 15 day deadline and have been told they will start debt collection preceedings. I would not recommend Alumbra Energia ever. Very bad customer service.
