A little unprofessional

They are quite competitive on price, but they are happy to take your solar generated and keep it. The main distributor Ibedrola has given me a report showing what has been generated and Lumisa have not shown this as an allowance against my account, instead saying there was a delay in processing. It is not reasonable treatment. I am looking for alternative suppliers.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We'd like to look into this properly, but since Trustpilot reviews are anonymous we're unable to locate your account from here.

At Lumisa, we systematically compensate all registered generation data as part of our automated process. However, please note that by law, we have no mechanism to compensate self-consumption (autoconsumo) surplus until the installation has been officially legalized — this is a regulatory requirement, not a decision on our part. This can sometimes create an apparent delay even when everything is being processed correctly once the data is available.

Could you please contact us directly with your account or contract number, or reference an open support ticket if you have one? We'll check the exact status of your surplus compensation and get back to you as soon as possible.
