This is my second time ordering from Aluminium trade windows. Very easy to use website. Windows delivered in the time frame they gave me when I ordered them.
And they seem very good quality windows. My window fitter also said they are good quality decent windows. So overall I am very happy with everything.

Drivery experience was good but window missing
Driver was great, very polite and helpful. Loses a star because one of the windows was missed off the paperwork and not loaded onto the van. Have contacted customer services to follow up.

Door has delivered damaged on both sides. I have shared the pictures to customer service and they don’t take any responsibility. Worst worst service I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site. The customer service agent was very rude and doesn’t want to take ownership of the goods they delivered. Worst experience ever.
