Unfortunately I had a Very bad…

Unfortunately I had a Very bad experience with them. Ordered two big windows and frames.
One came correct but like a banana the second came wrong size. Frame was smaller than the windows.
I paid to fitter to install and install them twice because no one from the manufacturer is checking before sending.
Yes they sent me new one in two weeks time but I stained without windows during that time. They didn’t compensated me and tried to put the guilt on me.
So end of the day I paid twice to fitter and extra making good man to do the reviews again! They should cover all the inconveniences done to the customers!Absolutely unfair and definitely not going to use and recommend them !
I can provide many photos and evidence if require!

Spot on service.

Simple and straightforward to order. Helpful communications. Delivery process was great, clear notification a day ahead and communication on the day with tracked ETA. Antony our delivery driver was very helpful and did things nice and carefully.
