Really pleased with my new patio doors. Aluminium trasde windows were great from start to finish, would go back again in future.

I spoke two 2 of your staff, the lady who answers the phone initially and Carl. Both were very pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Being able to track the driver and having update emails and text messages were appreciated. The driver was extremely helpful and pleasant - not in a desperate rush to get on to his next job. Overall, this was exemplary, and I’m very grateful.

Ordered aluminium heritage doors towards end of 2024 - 4 panels made up of 2 patio doors with 2 side windows. When they came they seemed Ok and were fitted and only after did i notice that the bars that go across to separate the glass panels on each door did not match up with those on the side windows. They remade (now in the new year) and they were still wrong (luckily checked before gettign fitter this time!) - they then had to send someone to measure by hand as apparently no one could work out how to design them on the software they use. They refused to give any compensation for having to have them fitted twice - they say its your responsibility to check measurements, but the windows were the right size, it was just the bars across were not lined up - given the difference was small you would be unlikley to notice until fitted (and why would you even think they would get something like that wrong), its seems totally unreasonable that they wouldnt take responsibility - particularly given that they clearly couldnt use their own design software correctly and they clearly didnt check if they were correct. they are bascially saying we have no quality control and take no responsibility for our mistakes. Now i look at the windows and i'm pretty sure the two doors are not the same size as the side panels to a noticeable extend (they said there may be a very small difference but you wouldnt notice - but they look quite far out to me). Also the frame on each side is very narrow comapared to the frames between panels so it looks odd and out of balance - given my experience i think they have no idea how to design these doors which are supposed to be copies of crittal-style doors and should have similar width frames all the way around. I've ended up painting part of the wall black to make the frames look balanced. Really not happy but havent got the energy to complain again given whats gone before. I certainly wouldnt use them again for these heritage style doors.

We ordered some sliding doors for a garden cabin, and found the ordering process was smooth from start to finish. Considering we had the Easter holidays in between, it was a fast turnaround. Delivery date was rescheduled at our request without any issue.
