Absolutely hate these new pads. Once upon a time they used to lock away moisture so it wasnt against your skin. They are disgusting now. Offers no protection. Won't be buying these anymore. Changing to another brand.

Change of design for the worse! Fabric isn’t as soft or absorbent, perfume is disgusting. Sore, itchy and very uncomfortable from using! Look at their website and they deny problem with the ‘new’ pad - just tell you to go see doctor. I’m guessing far cheaper to manufacture so bigger profits - well guess what? You are losing customers - these are not fit (or safe) for purpose.

Terrible new pad! I used Always for years and never have accidents until I used new designed pad. One of most awful experience is when it was leaking in the meeting room, horrible! When the original design back? Or any other brand suggested?

Why does it not surprise me that neither Always or P&G will claim their profiles on here. Shadiest company to exist.

They recently changed their Always Maxi Night Profresh pads to a smaller size, smaller thickness and a new rough as nails texture and told all sellers and supermarkets to continue selling them as the same product just with different packaging. When I questioned them they outright lied to me and said that their records showed nothing had changed.

Once I’d compiled the evidence, both adverts confirming the changes and the pads themselves showing their blatant lies, they ceased responding to me.

So many women relied on those pads, those with heavy flows, PCOS, Endometriosis and even new mothers after childbirth, and they’ve betrayed all of us for more profit.

Go for Kotex or store own brand products if you can. Don’t give Always your money.

Terrible. Bought, after not being able to buy the Aldi equivalent, which are far cheaper and far better. Non adhesive and utterly useless. Not fit for purpose and a complete rip off.

Horrible inprovement. I used always all my life and now will switch to something else. No obsorvsion at all. I never bleeded through, now every single time. Eveything is eatching and the overall feeling is so bad. Also what triggers me is a silence from the brand on the obvious feedback

They burnt my sking left me itchy dry and swollen , had been suffering for a good year thinking it was just me until i was asked to change the make of pads i use ... very toxic do not use these pads

Don't absorb as well as the old version. In fact everything just runs off the sides. No way can i tryst these anymore. Really don't like them and will be changing brands after 30 years of using them! Very disappointed.

Why is there no clear labelling to say they are scented. I don’t wanted scented pads.

I have used these for years. They have always worked well.
I now have 2 new packs with a strange smell. Cheap pine perfume. Rough and not well padded. Poor absorbency.
I have been treating myself for itching,really sore in places where the towel touches my skin. Agony at times.
I thought it was because I have been taking antibiotics and that was where the soreness came from.
Glad that I came to this forum.
I use at least 365 of these pads per year.
Guess I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Used allways all my life I’m now 36, sinse changing the quality I’m going to have to stop using allways, don’t even no where to begin to what other product to use. I get itchy and my lips burn and so much irritation. Such poor quality now and not worth the price.
I thought it was just me, I’ve been wondering for ages now till speaking with someone and we London to each other about our periods and pads, and reading other peoples views I’m so glad it’s not just me.

After changing the product it's not worth the money.

Why did you change the product it work perfect. The new pad are useless not absorbing quickly. Leakage. Burning and irritation under neath. Never had it in the past.

New pads, new material - POOR quality. Now pads don't absorb at all. The material was the main difference between "Always" and other brands, but now there's no point to pay more. Even comparing to other brands, always is no longer provides competitive product. I believe material change happened due to cost optimisation, but still the end price is only increasing. And this is all knowing how much women depend on their product. I suggest everyone stop buying, until brand gives comments

Very bad quality always bad material. Old material so best. But now no any sticky with underwear. Please bring back old material .

New pads are completely different (in the worst ways).

The new pads feel completely different from the older ones. The top layer doesn’t seem to absorb the same way anymore.

I’m really disappointed because this used to be such a trustworthy product, and now I don’t feel confident using it during my period. I hope the company listens to its long-time customers and reconsiders the formula or at least offers the previous version again.

I , like many, am very disappointed in the new Always Infinity flex protect pads. I really don't feel confident in using them as I have had a couple of incidents which I have never had before. The box says no leak- NOT ACCURATE!
I would love to speak to someone about this as they seriously need to go back to the drawing board to win back customer confidence!

I am very disappointed with their new pads. They used to be very good with high absorbing functionality however since they have changed them, they always leak and for first time in my entire life I had a huge leak on my pants while shopping and had to go back hole. Very frustrating

I am very disappointed with Always. Something has changed with their pads and liners and I can no longer wear them. I am extremely highly sensitive to chemicals and materials. They smell far too strong now and don't feel the same. After wearing them for a few days last week I was left feeling very ill and sore. I have switched them for an unscented leading brand and now I'm back to my "normal" state and the soreness and discomfort have completely disappeared. I will not be using Always again. I wrote to them about this, sharing my personal struggles with chronic health and how their product have increased my struggles. They didn't even acknowledge my struggles and the fact I am dying. Not even a "I'm sorry to hear that." A very uncaring brand.
