Was trying for 2 weeks just to get a return address. Final sent it back then they send a completely different address, once I've returned it.
Takes about a week every time for a reply
Been trying to get a refund for about two weeks.
They say they will send it but never do.
Plus the hat looks like a crumbled up bag on your head , for a hat that suits everyone they say .. lying !
Genuinely one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. Took my money, didn’t deliver, then suddenly changed it to “pre-order” with a 2 month delay.
Waited the full 2 months and still nothing. No product, no updates, and they completely ignore messages.
At this point it just feels like they take your money and disappear.
Sent me 1 hat when I ordered two and the one they sent was the wrong colour.
Then I had to pay for the return myself and they have only refunded me one hat.
Not to mention delivery took 2 weeks
Ordered on Tuesday 25th Nov before Black Friday.
11 days later and order still not dispatched.
Communication telling me it’s delayed because of Black Friday.
Help email and Instagram account telling me two ETAs. Instagram claiming it would be sent the next day then never sending it.
Disappointing to see as product looks cool.
