I have rented the car for 10 days 055 426 7278 the person holding this mobile number is from Kerala , he told me security deposite will be returned within the same day of vehicle return and there is no extra km charges nothing , I have returned the vehicle on the same day but they didn’t gave me and they informed by mail that I need to pay 300 extra apart from the security deposit and they charged illegallly , please don’t take vehicle from them , they are same like thieves . And I lost my deposite . They are not attending my calls and they even not telling the office location.

to all those who did not get their security deposit, file a complaint to DED to assist with your deposit. That's what i did and only get my deposit back although they gave me less than 50% of my deposit

Misleading pricing & deposit deductions – please be careful
In my experience with Al Zameer Car Rent, customers should be extremely cautious, especially regarding the deposit.
I rented a car after seeing AED 49/day promotions on Facebook. During booking on WhatsApp, I was informed that there were no hidden or admin charges.
After returning the car, the deposit refund was delayed, and I later received an email listing several deductions such as pickup charges, cleaning charges, extra mileage, Salik, and petrol. These charges were not clearly explained to me upfront and were deducted directly from the deposit.
Once the rental period ended, communication became very difficult. Calls and WhatsApp messages were often unanswered when I followed up about my deposit.
I raised a complaint with DED / Consumer Rights, but since decisions are based strictly on the contract wording, I was unable to recover the full deposit.
I noticed many other reviews describing similar issues with deposits and unexpected deductions, which closely matched my own experience.
This review reflects my personal experience. My advice to others is to be very careful before renting, read every line of the contract, request a full written list of all possible deductions, and take clear photos and full videos of the car (inside and outside) before and after the rental.

STAY AWAY! This company operates a well-structured scam designed entirely in their favor. They present themselves as legitimate, but once your money is in, getting it back is nearly impossible. Even after disputing the matter with the authorities, they still manage to keep your deposit by hiding behind their terms and conditions, which give them complete control and zero accountability.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The sheer number of negative reviews (70+ and counting) should be a massive red flag to anyone considering them. I genuinely hope this company gets shut down so others don’t fall victim to the same tactics.

Even after disputing with the authorities, they manage to keep your deposit as they make you sign T&C giving them full power to do what they want. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
Promised a car by Raj from sales department and upon delivery they delivered another car and told me to use it until the next morning as the initial car I paid for was being ‘serviced’. They began making diff excuses blaming whether and all sorts . Never delivered the car I INITIALLY PAID FOR instead they gave me a cheaper make. I’ve had to file an official police report as it’s misrepresentation! They’ve now failed to pay me back my deposit too

The problem there is no Negative score ! if that would be one then these guys are topper, never play, will take deposite and then disappear. If you message them they reply jush Hi and Hello , I lost my 1500 AED , and funny thing i was thinking to renew for one more week but the guy again asked for deposite so i felt fishy and returned the car. Huge disappointment, Dubai Police must take action on these people who are cheating people openly, going to file legal complain against them for sure.

They are complete fraud. Made a complaint to Dubai Police.. All names are fake. They have a lady wearing abaya and her name is Pooja...Kept very common Indian name. Sales guy name is Raj...I am sure that the owner must have selected the name as Amprish poori

AED 45 is the admin fees which they will never tell you on the call. It will only be revealed when you return the car.. Car cleaning amount of AED 120 is by default, which you will only come to know when they send you final bill...I returned my car on 17th July and till now the deposit has not been refunded...A open fraud going on...

My experience with this company was a complete scam from start to finish. Nothing they promised verbally matched what they delivered, and the entire process was filled with hidden charges, misleading information, and unsafe conditions.

I contacted them after seeing their Facebook ad showing cars starting from AED 49. For a 7-seater, they verbally promised:

AED 120 per day

Delivery + pickup for only 30 AED

Refund of the AED 1000 deposit within 24 hours

Salik included

Rent starting the next day

When the car arrived, the written contract showed completely different terms, including:

280 AED pickup charge

30-day refund policy

Extra conditions never mentioned before

Their driver insisted these written terms “don’t apply for short rentals” and convinced me to sign based on the verbal promises. Extremely deceptive.

🚨 Unsafe Vehicle

The car had serious issues. At Sharjah Airport, it failed to start for around 15–20 minutes with “Key Not Detected,” leaving me stranded with my children in the heat. The company ignored my calls and only responded much later.

💸 Payment & Refund Issues

I paid AED 1000 deposit, AED 240 rent, AED 30 delivery, plus fuel and parking.
Despite promising a 24-hour refund, they later refused and changed the timeline.

After checking online, I found many victims reporting the exact same pattern — false promises, unsafe cars, delayed refunds, and manipulated contract terms.

Due to the misleading information and unsafe vehicle, I reported my experience to Dubai Police e-Crime and Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) for review.

I want to share my recent experience to warn others who may consider renting from Al Zameer Car Rental or contacting Best Cheap Cars in the UAE.

I rented a car for two days with a AED 1,000 deposit. I was told by the salesperson, Raj, that I had 300–350 km included, and that I should ignore the contract, which stated only 100 km per day. I questioned this, but he insisted I should not worry and that the verbal information was correct. Based on this, I trusted their explanation.

Despite requesting a Mitsubishi Attrage, I was given a different, larger car. Later, I discovered that the larger car had a much higher excess km charge (AED 5 per km), unlike the Attrage which would have cost only AED 1.5 per km. This made the rental significantly more expensive.

After returning the car, I received a call from an operations manager named Mohammud Ali, informing me that I needed to pay AED 500 for extra kilometers—completely contradicting what I was told at the time of rental. I was also informed that if I didn’t pay, my deposit would not be returned. This felt extremely unfair and misleading.

After doing further research, I found multiple similar complaints from other customers who also reported difficulties getting their deposits back. I even contacted the authorities, and I was informed that there had already been issues related to this business.

From my experience, I strongly advise not contacting the numbers associated with these companies and being extremely cautious. I personally found the communication unreliable, the information inconsistent, and the overall process very stressful.

I am sharing this so others can avoid going through the same experience.

My experience with Al Zameer Rent a Car was extremely disappointing. I paid for a full month, but the situation became so bad that I returned the car in less than a week, and no refund was provided. That alone reflects how difficult the experience was.

The car I had booked was not available, despite being told it was ready. Instead, a completely different car was delivered, and its condition was far below any acceptable standard. It arrived with multiple scratches, was dirty inside, and had a very strong smell of cigarettes that made it uncomfortable to sit in. The acceleration was inconsistent, which made the car feel unsafe to drive.

I was promised that the correct car would be sent the next day, but that never happened.

Communication was another major issue. None of their operations phone numbers connected when I tried calling. The only communication channel was WhatsApp, and even there, replies were extremely delayed or not provided at all. This made it impossible to get proper support when needed.

I also found their Google Maps location confusing and not reflective of where they actually operate, which added to the inconvenience.

Based on my experience, I felt there was a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service throughout the entire process. The stress and inconvenience were simply not worth it.

I cannot recommend this company, and I personally would not use their services again.

Do NOT rent from this company! They are liars and scammers. They took my refundable deposit and never returned it. After returning the car, they made up fake charges like pickup and admin fees that were never mentioned before. They gave me a different car, lied about the contract, and completely ignored my calls and messages after getting the car back. They are running a deposit scam you will never see your money again. I rented a car from AlZameer Car Rental for one day. After I tried to return the vehicle, the company did not respond promptly and kept the vehicle longer than agreed, apparently to charge for more days.
I paid a 500 AED deposit, but even after 33 days, I have not received the refund.
I have already informed Dubai Police about this matter and have complete chat history and other evidence.

⚠️ Warning About Al Zammer Car Rental

I want to share my very disappointing experience with Al Zammer Car Rental to warn others.

I initially booked an MG car, but they delivered a different Chinese SUV that looked and felt like a poorly maintained vehicle. After I complained, I had to wait over 5 hours for a replacement — but again, they sent me the wrong car.

I booked the car for 3 days with a limit of 600 km, but I only drove around 350 km. Despite that, they charged me for extra kilometers, plus additional charges for pickup, drop-off (AED 280), and for the car being “dirty.”

It’s now been almost 3 months, and I still haven’t received my deposit refund. I’ve called them many times at 052 866 9927, but the staff are extremely rude. One person even told me, “Go complain to DET, we don’t care, we’re not giving your deposit back.”

This behavior is unacceptable and clearly shows that the company is scamming customers. I’m deeply disappointed, especially because I always believed Dubai to be one of the safest and most well-regulated places, with excellent police and consumer protection.

I strongly urge everyone to avoid Al Zammer Car Rental — they are dishonest and unprofessional.
