Don't rent a car from this company. They commit fraud on the deposit, levying various charges and not returning the deposit. This is a very bad company and the service is not good.😡😡😡😡

Absolutely poor customer service. A sham company. Do not use this company. They totally ruined our trip. Messed us about and did not return our deposit. Gave us the wrong vehicle. Getting in touch with them was extremely difficult. Calls unanswered and messages ignored. AVOID

They give you damages cars, they do not respect the contract and most important: they'll not give you back the deposit.
Also, the physical office doesn't exist !!!!

Car was in terrible shape. Thankfully I took 72 photos and lots of videos to protect myself. Beware of the very high return charges as it's hidden in the contract if they pick it up. They have also not returned my deposit on top of everything. It's been 2 months I'm waiting

One of the biggest rental car scammers in dubai, at first when we were booking the car they told the deposit amount will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car, but after returning they changed 24 hours to 21 days. It's been more than 1 month my deposit is gone they are not giving a proper reply. This is a total scam don't go for their services. Choose other apps if you want to save your money.

Worst rental service. All good reviews are from them and we cant rate reviews for them in google. They are the worst ever company. They take your deposit and make you beg for it for months. Then they charge with “what not charge” in the world and return less than half of your deposit. Don’t fall for them. They keep deleting contents under their Instagram page as well.

I rented a car from this company and they completely cheated me. After returning the car in perfect condition, they refused to return my deposit/refund amount. I have been following up many times but they keep giving excuses and avoiding responsibility. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and rude behavior.

This is the most untrustworthy rental company I have ever dealt with. They only care about taking your money, not about customer service or fairness. If you don’t want to lose your hard-earned money, stay away from them! Never ever trust this company.

I rented from Al Zameer during my holiday in Dubai. The booking was easy, the car was ready on time, and the staff explained everything clearly. Great value and I will definitely use them again.

In my experience, my 1000 deposit was not returned, in my opinion, they came across as scammers and seem to have a poor reputation, so I would advise others not proceed with this company and report them to the police and tourism department.

"Terrible experience with this car rental service! They delayed returning my security deposit and unfairly deducted a significant amount, citing flimsy reasons like the car being dirty. To make matters worse, they relocated their office from Prince Cars building to Al Garhoud without notice, causing me to incur a 250 AED penalty for not returning the car personally while I was trying to find their new address.

It's a total scam, and I strongly advise against dealing with them. They seem to be looking for ways to deduct from your deposit and delay refunds. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable service."

They stole 3000 AED deposit from us and after filing a case with Consumer rights & calling the police we finally managed to get it back. Their DET license got cancelled already.

⭐ One star is already one too many!
This company is by far the biggest scam I have ever encountered.

From the start, communication was a disaster. I had to ask repeatedly whether the car rental was truly unlimited mileage and if no extra costs would be charged. After vague and evasive replies, the car was finally delivered. At that moment, I specifically asked if we could return the car at the airport. The man who delivered it assured me that this was even better, as their office was located nearby.

The car itself was in unacceptable condition: extremely dirty both inside and outside. How they dared to hand it over in such a state is beyond me. And to make matters worse—the fuel tank was nearly empty!

But the worst was yet to come. On the final day, I contacted them to arrange the car return. I asked if the car could be picked up at the airport, only to be told no, because they would supposedly get fined for that. I explained that their own representative had said this was possible. Still, I accepted and said they could instead collect the car directly from the hotel.

From then on, I was sent from one contact to another, receiving messages from different numbers claiming to arrange the pickup. Without exaggeration, this dragged on the entire day. Despite me calling them countless times, nobody picked up. We eventually had to leave for the airport, still without anyone collecting the car, after being given a timeslot from 12:00 noon until 9:00 pm! Finally, someone did show up, but by then we were already standing outside with our luggage packed into the taxi. When I voiced my frustration, the man merely said he was just an employee sent to pick up the vehicle.

And now comes the outrageous part: I received an email regarding the deposit. Out of AED 1000, they withheld more than AED 700! The excuses? That the car was dirty (even though I had it washed twice externally, and the interior was left in exactly the same state as it was delivered), plus so-called pickup fees, “administration fees,” and toll charges that are completely incorrect.

I have photographic evidence to prove my claims. I will not let this matter go unnoticed and will take legal action against this company.
