Excellent Place for Used and New Cars!

I would like to thank Balal Mohammad Akram, A&M salesman in Greve. He is a talented young man who knows his job very well. He convinced me to buy the Mercedes EQB at our very first meeting. The whole process was very smooth. I handed in my old car and received the new one without any issues.

Thank you to Balal who helped us with our car purchase. We had been to many dealerships where we were mostly ignored or upselled vehicles we weren’t interested in. We bought our Audi on the spot after a quick test drive and a few questions answered. Balal was open and honest and helped us to feel confident in the car choice we were making.

Bought an awesome e-tron S Sportback back on 10 May. Pleasant experience from start to finish (~3 weeks from first inquiry to final delivery), with A&M representatives going above and beyond; #1 focus - customer satisfaction. The process was nice at the start and until we agreed to buy a car from them but we were told that we would have no problems in sending the money from an account abroad and that did not go so well. We sent the money well in time and we could not receive the car on the agreed date because the money “got lost in their bank’s IT system” for a week. This made us receive the car 1 week later than promised and it was us, the costumers, that communicated with both the company and the bank several times until it got fixed, even though everything had been done correctly from our side to start with. A&M just kept telling us to wait for it to show up without doing anything about it.

I just bought my new electric car from A&M.
I was impressed by operativity, objectivity and all the patience Lars had with me. He answered all my questions to make sure I am making the right choice.

I can very highly recomand A&M Greve in general and Lars in special.
It was a really pleasant experience.

The sales person was kind and trying to help, however I can not say the same for the overall service.
They askes for a week to "prepared" the car (was a used car from 2019), by the contract they commited to fix some stuff and also order a missing lid in the rear bumper.

At the pick up of the car after two week after the purchase , the car was "ok", not a deep clean was giving, the missing part was still missing! after a couple of kilometers driving the car ask for a check up of the tires pressure and the truck was with dirt of the previous owner.

If you buy a car from AM give a thorough look, and have plenty of time at the pick up, they are nont in the details.

Great sales experience, honest and respectful approach. Marcus, who especially helps me with vehicle sales, has a very good, respectful, constructive and friendly attitude towards my customers. I think it is very valuable for your company to have such an employee. I wouldn't consider buying a car from anywhere else anymore.
