We were recommended a ceramic…
We were recommended a ceramic protection which according to the sales person would last for four years and allow the car to be washed mechanically. After the procedure we received a pamphlet stating that it is Not advised to wash mechanically and that it should receive a new treatment after only 28 months. After one week of not returning my call I sent a mail which also to this date over a month ago has still not been replied to.

Last time at A&M, Greve
I was in the market for a second hand car and booked a test drive in Greve. In the days before the test drive I was contacted nicely via multiple channels and among other things asked for pictures and info about my current car so that we were fully preparred for making a deal after my test drive. The second hand car was fine but everything besides that was terrible. I have simply never recieved a more arrogant and careless service. There was no connection between the initial online dialogue and the physical. My family was with me and even got affraid during the "dialogue" with the "host".
