Delays delays delays
My husband just recently opened this account and money has been stopped. Can’t pay my staff my suppliers my rent. Now there asking for documents which he has sent them. My point is why not ask for all this before opening the account like normal companies. Am starting to think it’s a scam.

The push notifications are a godsend! That one feature alone makes 😘😘smartphone app one of the most powerful tools that I have access to. Now I can see exactly what’s going on with my business’s finances at any time.j .

I already thought Amaiz was useful, but then I found out that I could set up notifications that would go to my Slack channel. This has further streamlined our finance team and made my life a whole lot easier.

I've been with Amaiz probably for good 5-6 months, started with an under 19 account, then to Student account and Graduate account. Never had any issues with the account

I’ve been with Amaiz for a long time, and while I have had a few issues in the past I have recently had some fraudulent activity which Amaiz were quick to deal with. I got a refund in good faith on the same day. The lady in the fraud team who dealt with my call was very polite and friendly.

I’ve banked with Amaiz for more months than I can remember and yes I admit I’ve had a few little hiccups along the way - BUT their Customer Services in particular the Fraud Section have always ‘gone that extra mile’ to put me at ease and regain my confidence to bank on line. They’ve refunded the payments taken fraudulently without delay for which I am very grateful. Certainly the telephone advisors that I have dealt with have been compassionate and caring. Thank you Amaiz.

Best experience I've had in the UK. New text driven confirmation for potentially suspicious purchases is brilliant. Real time texts to let you approve transactions which a bank like HSBC would have blocked, then blocked your card, and then tried to call you 3 days later. Really impressed.

Horrible experience with no explanation

I signed up to them and provided all of my details and the account was confirmed open. They didn't ask for anymore information from me.

Then just 2 days later they block my account because I was not compliant. They refuse to tell me how or why I was not compliant and instead just refers me to the T&Cs which as far as I am concerned, I AM FULLY COMPLIANT.

Save your money and time. Avoid these clowns!

Amaiz is excellent. Very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They actually rang me to inform me one of my accounts needed attention so I continued receiving cash back. Just a good experience.
