Using amaysim in Australia has worked relatively well. However, while overseas recently my phone was stolen. And with it my ability to receive security codes to log into some apps and to see if anyone... See more

Just shocking experience with their energy offering. It’s finally ended with them chucking out their energy business and handing it over it to AGL.
Shocking customer service. Fuk em
Long Term Very Happy Customer
I have been an Amaysim mobile customer for some 10 years now, and their service has always been first class. During this covid-19 pandemic, they have repeatedly increased my data limit without any request from me, which has made working from home so much more convenient.
Great customer service approach, well done.
Awesome deals at a low cost.
I found a link to get 200gb a month for only $40.
And now due to the corona stuff going on, they are giving me unlimited data for 2 months.
They use Optus so the range is pretty good out in country Victoria.
I have compared their download speeds to Telstra during the day in my small town and their is no comparison. Telstra drops to a speed that is so slow its almost unusable. Amaysim rarely fall below what I have found to be not far under NBN speeds.

They charged from my credit card a few dollars and when I asked for details, they could not explain & advised that I may have used it for some service however I am in prepaid service & I paid for 6 months already. Customer support is not helpful and I immediately ported to different telco as I don’t want to take a risk by being with them when I was going through cancer surgery. This was my experience in December 2017. Stay away from them. I would give negative millions stars for the poor customer support.
