I tried for weeks to place this order
I tried for weeks to place this order, first using PayPal (which your website says that you accept), then using a gift card. I spoke with your customer service people that couldn't help me 4 or 5 times. Each time they took ALL of my information again and said that they would have the person who could help me contact me by e-mail or phone. Nobody EVER contacted me. I sent a separate e-mail on your contact area on your website, which was never answered. This entire experience with your organization was unprofessional, exasperating, and very stressful. It demonstrates incompetence and total lack of concern for your customers.
