Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with the delivery service, citing issues such as delayed shipments, unfulfilled delivery promises, and packages being left in insecure locations. Reviewers also frequently encountered problems with customer service, describing it as unhelpful, difficult to contact, and unresponsive to their concerns. Additionally, the website was a source of frustration for many, with some reporting difficulties in managing orders and receiving accurate information. Some people were dissatisfied with the products, mentioning receiving broken items, or products that did not match their descriptions or meet quality expectations. However, some customers also noted positive experiences with product quality, finding items to be as described and well-packaged. I would give no stars if possible

I would give no stars if possible. My order has taken months to be sent and I only get the option to cancel it or say that I'm happy that it is due to be shipped in another month (3 months after I purchased it). I can't get a call back and I don't want to cancel the order because I need the item and this is the only site I can find it on.
It's unbelievable that they can get away with providing basically zero customer service.

Amazon used to very very reliable and trustworthy for a long time.
Now they are just another low life corporate which wants to become faceless.
Their delivery system is the worst I have come across.
My parcels are not getting delivered to my home despite me receiving emails saying DELIVERED.
They met me using a cheap scumbag delivery company now, Where once I to a delivery photo with my delivery I now get DELIVERED and no delivery was made
SHAME ON AMAZON .
Whoever is running tis needs to be sacked immediately

Does not deliver when scheduled

Seriously... I ordered an item because I needed it today. Prime member

Oh and if you buy this and thatextra items you will get a free delivery. So I bought stuff that I would buy somewhere else. Great, I won't have to go after work to get the item I needed in the evening. Delivery might be up to 10pm, that's ok.

Guess what?! It's not here, I cannot buy the item at this time, I need it, and I cannot even leave a note for Amazon on their site to tell them how stupid I feel for trusting in their promise of delivery.

No, I don't live remotely. Very disappointed. Back to Coles delivery. Will stop buying. I know I am insignificant one person. But maybe someone else will read this and will NOT use and trust Amazon.

Playing silly buggers with Amazon

Amazon changed my address from my PO Box, to my residential address, after I ordered. This is the second time they've done this. The first time, I noticed, got them to change it back, before they sent, and thought it was a glitch. This time, they sent almost immediately so I noticed too late. I went to customer service asking for an explanation and explaining that I have a PO Box because it is far more secure than my residential address. Given that the first order, in which this happened, involved a low cost book. Given that, in this second occurrence order, I had a heavy book that had been discounted, I asked if Amazon was doing this because it was cheaper for them to use their own delivery service than to send to my PO Box through the mail. Their response was to answer a different question, or to offer useless information, or ask for information they already had, or to reply not only off topic, but way off topic, or to give information that was totally wrong, or to pretend they thought I asked something else, with there being a carousel of everchanging reps, so you had to start all over again ...and again...and again.....(hit repeat). In short, they did everything possible to frustrate, distract, and torment, me, I believe, with the intention of shepherding me away from what I was asking, deploying every strategy, they've been taught, to not answer. It was diabolical. I also raised a book I purchased from them some time ago that came in a scuffed and dirty plastic bag with green markings. The book was heavily damaged in the corners and was grubby. I wondered when I got it, if it was sent to me because I am not in Prime, because I buy to just over their $59 to be eligible for free postage, so I very rarely pay postage. It may mean I wait, and hold things in my watch list, until there's something else I want, but that's the way to save on postage, so that's what I do. Anyway, when I got the damaged book, which I purchased at a discount, I went and looked and it had gone up $10, so I decided to keep, to clean and repair it. But that did cause me to wonder if it was set aside to send to someone who saves via buying habits like mine. Anyway, I don't retain my card details, always re-enter them and then remove them, for security. But after today, I'm glad of that security habit because I wouldn't want Amazon taking it upon themselves to sign me up to Prime. The only thing I could do today was to remove my residential address. I may be wrong in my suspicions, but I see a pattern. I believe it's possible that Amazon want to increase their profit margin, and things like my experiences herein evidence cost cutting efforts that are at the expense of the customer. So, given that they take it upon themselves to change an address in an order, and because I've seen people saying Amazon signed them up for Prime without their permission, I'd urge the removal of credit/debit card details to avoid this threat. And, if like me, you have a PO Box and have your residential address on record (because some sellers will only post to a residential address) remove that residential address. I wish Amazon would spend money on good, protective, packaging, and focus on goodwill in business, rather than all their attention being on making ever more money, with customer service being nothing better than an unpleasant smoke machine intended to cover their tracks.

I recieved a email from Amazon telling…My oder has arrived06

I recieved a email from Amazon telling me that my account has been restricated because they claim l was returning too many items and also they have restricted my account to ditigal transactions only. So l replied to the email saying " Could you please provide me with a list of all the items l have returned because l know for a fact that l have never return any item to Amazon. Also why have you restricted my account to digital transactiond only? I got a return email and this what it said" We understand you are frustrated but we now consider the matter closed and we will be responding to your email anymore" I could not believe what l just read. Also none of my question were answered. I thought Optus was had the worst customer service Amazon takes the cake at least l can call Optus. I can't call Amazon from my country. Anyway it gets worse. I ordered a item. I received a email telling me that it had been delivered. So l when outside no where to be found. So l got to their website and start a online chat with one of their customer serice officer l said " I got a email saying that this product has been delivered but its no where to be found"She says" Did you check around because sometimes the drivers put in a safe place". I already checked everywhere no where to be found anyway l now ask to see the photo of the deliver. She comes back to the chat " Unfortuntately there is no photo" to which l say" because it was never delivered thats why. i said " I would like a refund" She says l have to talk to a different department".
"Great can you please put through to them"
" Oh l can't do that"
"What do you mean you can't do that. At this stage l ready to explode but l didn't"
"she says " Is there anything else l can help you with" I said "No" and shut the chat window. So know lve beeen lied to about a deliver that never took place also no explanation as to why my account has been restriced. I never got the refund either. I am done with Amazon. I would rather get it directly from the supplier or another way. This is not the first its happened either. Amazon is a joke and to think l was going to buy a tablet from them. I would of lost close $3000. Zero stars absolutely Pathetic. You must be proud Mr Jeff Bezos

Had to go through 12 steps just to attempt to order. Then once I had subbmited the verification information, they said it would take up to 24 hours, and they would send a verification email. It has been more than 24 hours, and I still can't access my account to contact support or cancel the order.

This puts me in a really frustrating situation where the product I am trying to buy is getting more and more expensive and has now gone out of stock, meaning I missed out on buying it somewhere else. I have tried contacting the Amazon support number, but no luck.

I have since been charged for a $519 product that I can't cancel and am unable to do anything about it.

DONT BUY ON AMAZON AUSTRALIA.

RUDE Supervisors - Fake Expectations- heartless Customer Service

Originally, I contacted support because the lights on my standing desk stopped working. I was told my case would be escalated due to my situation and disability. A refund or a replacement was given. this was then escalted to another team bc i advised its the power surge. I was told wait 24hrs. But shortly after my daughter replaced it herself going out of pocket.
Came back again & After doing this, the 2nd representative asked for a receipt that I do not have. When I asked to speak with a supervisor to clarify options, the entire support process was shut down. everything that i was told on 2 different occasions was then dismissed. RUDE ! I was later told that the information I had been given was “incorrect” and that escalation was never something they could do, despite this being clearly communicated to me earlier. Their response focused on internal “coaching and retraining” rather than addressing the impact on me as the customer. So everything that was done and said went out the trash. MY time also wasted. Whats the point ? I even noticed that the supervisor YASH didnt even bother to check the previous claim. Guess what it was never escalated... RUBBISH service. HIs attitude online was like a entitled man child.
WASTED ALL MY TIME FOR NOTHING

Unacceptable delays

I'm sick and tired of my orders being delayed and suddenly unavailable. I'm waiting weeks without an update on where my order is. One said it had been shipped, with an expected delivery date, and then nothing, even though I purposely ordered within Australia. No explanation, no new estimate. This has happened three times in the past 2 months. Fed up.

Make Amazon Great Again But
Like most people have different problems

Pros are: Low prices, eg for general food items etc, they beat grocery store prices.

Free shipping depending on the size of the purchase, this increased to $99 to from $59 for the purchase amount.

Customer support has always been excellent, but when we replace the order , then order were not replaced why I need answer and it is very difficult to understand replaced or not and more time and more time and then product not replaced.

5 stars if this was back in 2019...but unfortunately we are not there
Amazon is drop shipping outlet for Chinese online stores. There are no quality products when it comes to furniture, mugs, bags, utensils, pens, toys, etc. You basically have the same product being sold by "different" companies. It is low quality stuff that is 3x price of what it sells for on the Chinese online site.

For me this is just a website filled with spam, unless you are targetting a specific product or brand. You cant peruse a general category due to the duplicate cheap stuff Given the good support and the history of once being a great online store .

Amazon has become a low-quality service…

Amazon has become a low-quality service seller. They give you options for delivery on their website for their OWN boxes that no longer exist. Then my item was returned without giving me an option for a different delivery and guess what? After the refund I tried to buy the item again and it had increased in price. Customer services said they could do nothing to fix something that was THEIR OWN FAULT. They are heavily script-driven AT ALL times, they cannot go outside their script. Thinking very carefully now before buying with them again. Only if there is no other option, otherwise will go local.

Rejoined Kindle unlimited. The functionality is fine but range of books limited. Worth it at a discounted rate ( which I did) but not the full rate. Even where you do buy Kindle books they are totally locked into the Amazon kindle ecosystem and you don’t really own them

Dreadful, nightmarish

Dreadful, they withdrew 20 X $5.99 from my bank account for their audio books, I didn't order them. Had to cancel my Visa card, total amount was $120.00. Waiting to get charge back via my bank. Has left me very very short of money for the week.
A real damn nuisance.
I rang Amazon and they said they can't refund as it's under different email address. I only have one email address. An utter nightmare, buyers please be aware.

🚨 WARNING: iCarsoft - A Digital Trojan Horse? 🐎💣

🚨 WARNING: iCarsoft - A Digital Trojan Horse? 🐎💣
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆
Review Title: Mechanic’s Warning: Fake Facades, Security Risks, and Environmental Waste
As a certified mechanic (Class of 1993), I’ve dug deep into the iCarsoft "rabbit hole." What started as a simple broken screen on my CR MAX ended with an investigation into systematic deception and a serious threat to your vehicle and privacy.
Before you plug this into your car, read these facts:
• ❌ The Fake U.S. Facade: iCarsoft claims a headquarters in Washington D.C. In reality? It’s a "Virtual Office" (a rented mailbox). My investigation proves the real strings are pulled from Shenzhen, China, outside EU/US regulations.
• ❌ High Digital Risk: You are connecting closed-source Chinese code to your car’s brain (OBD port) via WiFi. IT specialists warn that this grants unmonitored access to your vehicle’s systems and your private home network.
• ❌ Economic Russian Roulette: Cases from across Europe (including Germany) show this software causing complete dashboard system failures. Repair costs? Often exceeding $1,500 / €1,400.
• ❌ Environmental "Throw-away" Culture: iCarsoft and its distributors refuse to sell spare parts (like screens) for devices costing hundreds or thousands of dollars. They force you to scrap the whole unit instead of a simple repair. It’s intentional overconsumption.
My Professional Advice: Be extremely careful what you plug into your car’s "brain." What looks like a professional tool is a low-quality gateway with zero local support.
Don't be fooled by the polished Amazon listing. This is a "Mister Bearnaise" facade.

disgraceful

Ordered a bed frame on the 2nd of January 2026, still have not received it. Automated messaging from Amazon tells you the parcel has been shipped, however the carrier has not even picked it up yet. Amazon tell you it will be delivered and the carrier hasn't even collected. Had I known the carrier was couriers please, I would never had ordered the product. It is now the 18th of January and the parcel according to Amazon was on board for delivery on the 13th, and according to the Amazon, it is still on board for delivery. the parcel was collected from NSW, taken to QLD, whoops, back to NSW and tracking says it arrived in SA on the 13th of January. Unlikely! Customer service have not replied to my inquiry. Update on Amazon web site, "sorry your parcel is late" Amazon, pressure you to buy something within a certain time frame, usually hours to ensure your delivery comes in a few days, so you purchase the product and they take your money however, once it leaves their hands it is no longer their responsibility.

Costway cantilever 3 metre solar umbrella

Rubbish assistance from Costway their reply didn’t make any sense. There is a no return policy. It is huge, way too big for a woman of a certain age to operate & assemble. I nearly blew away with it, then it came crashing down on top of me. Instructions are not easy to follow, illustrations only. It would not wind down! A YouTube video would be a great help. Unfortunately I live in a very windy coastal city so have to weight It down with bricks and sandbags. I tied it to the patio posts and it kept lifting off the ground. IT WILL BE FOR SALE ON MARKETPLACE THIS WEEK.

Reply from Costway
And when windy and rainy needs to close the umbrella. There is a point that there is a sliding block on the umbrella, there is a tip sticker above, close the umbrella when you must be sure to slide the block to close it up, or else it is easy to be bad. The main point of attention is that these are the umbrella is to open and close the shaking hand on the line! Please check attached manual. Terrible delivery Experience

Terrible delivery Experience

I've clearly indicated on my delivery preferences to only ever deliver to my back door if no one answers the front door after ringing the very loud doorbell or even knocking if the delivery driver can't see the doorbell. Without fail, EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY DRIVER is too lazy to knock or ring the doorbell. Without fail, EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY DRIVER drops my package at the front door rather than adhering to the delivery instructions. I live on a busy street and the package can be seen easily by passing pedestrians and drivers and could so easily be stolen. It's only through sheer luck that no one has stolen one of my packages yet.

I've complained to customer service multiple times and each time they say they will make sure it doesn't happen again. What a joke. Amazon delivery drivers are the worst.
