Item never delivered and no refund

Ordered an ssd that was on sale, but was never delivered even though it was marked as delivered. Customer service first wrongly accused me of doing this regularly, then told me to go to the police to file a report first. I went to the police twice, only to be sent back with just a notice which Amazon doesn't accept. They then suggested filing a report online, but even that is not enough for them.

The courier service is clearly lying, but all Amazon can do is gaslight me and refuse a refund. The sdd is now more expensive as well.

Ruined Saint-Nicolas presents for my kids

Order placed on 26 Nov for an item where delivery before Saint-Nicolas was advertised in bold green letters. They made an attempt to deliver on 30 Nov, they fail and they loose track of the package. Several employees from customer services and logistics are unable to track and reschedule delivery of the package for 4 days. The employees only give typical answers without any knowledge of what's happening in the company. Honestly, if the delivery date is important to you, shop elsewhere.

If possible I would give 0 stars. Ordered some items for a Secret Santa. Did not receive the goods, altough they were marked as delivered. The only solution provided was a refund. Had to buy some gifts in a hurry in a physical store. Three thumbs down for Amazon

Charged for products never delivered and bounced forever by CS

I ordered 2 products one month ago, they were never delivered, but amazon tracking stated 'left in a safe place', we reported this to the customer care, they asked us to keep looking around in the neighborhood ( ?? ) and wait 72h, after that they wrote to contact them after 1st of November, then numerous messages sent from my side both by email (through the amazon message center ) and chat , and I never got an answer, to date. The only thing that customer care write me is to wait , that there is a phantomatic OFM department investigating. They cannot even blame other couriers because this was an Amazon delivery.
The 'funny' thing is that in the same delivery, were other products ordered by my wife with another amazon.com.be account, and she received immediately a refund... and furthermore in the same order there were products from Amazon.de on my very same account... and we were refunded for those... So it's unexplicable why they chose not to refund only these 2 products in the same delivery that they already recognised as not executed ...

UPDATE:
After one month of extenuating chats, one agent managed to reimburse me... one month...

Account locked, impossible to contact support.

Got locked out of my account because i tried to sign in from a new laptop and location, impossible to contact customer support unless you are logged in. Make it make sense. No phone, no mail, no live chat, only an unreachable support.
Also Colis Prive is a scam

Amazon.com.be is a mess

every time I have an issue (can happen off course) I have the certain about the fact that was really bad that amazon forced me to migrate from amazon.de (and amazon.fr too) to this new amazon.com.be. Is a mess! I ordered a "prime" item (not marketplace) should be arrives the day after, today I discover that the order will not arrive and was not even dispatched yet! I tried to cancel it (in order to reorder it again) but emails (and even the supports agents confirmed...) advise me that I can't cancel but I have to wait, up to 3 days, to know if I will receive it or cancel it! Niet te doen

Never been disappointed by other Amazon countries. But Belgium one is a scam. Do not refund what you send back.

Colis Privé is the downfall of amazon.com.be

The delivery company used is colis privé and they simply do not do their job, they will dump your package somewhere and ignore your effords to contact them. I will no longer be buying things here until this changes, i regret this being a bad review for amazon, but until they get rid of the problem that is Colis Privé, i'll stick to Bol.com with evening delivery.

Stop using the thieves that are Coli…

Stop using the thieves that are Coli Prive as a delivery company, they a the worst out there.
Any delivery you send with other services is generally fine, np, but them there is more often than not an issue.....
I already stopped using another online vendor because they exclusively used these people, I'm not debating if its time to stop using your webshop too....

I bought a mobile phone and I saw it was priced much cheaper a couple of days later from the same seller, same colour, identical phone.

Amazon be REFUSED to pay me back the difference eventough it was sold by Amazon. No time for yalking through possibilities.

GREEDY, UNKIND, UNPROFESSIONAL (As they kept on repeating the same sentence).

I do NOT reccomend this lush site, eventough it's Amazon, it is AMAZON BE!

So please keep your euro's for safe sites where you know that they have empathy, they are proffesoonal, they look for solutions, ..... And have never had a problem with any other Amazon before!

Inferior to amazon.de but not an option anymore

Years long Amazon customer, Amazon.de prime member since I can’t remember. And I intentionally kept my prime and other activities on Amazon.de to avoid inferior Amazon.com.be. However due to a mistake Amazon.de membership ended, and not possible to reactivate because they push you to Amazon.com.be. It is painful, but moving onto Netflix + Bol.com. I rather cure my Amazon addiction than use Amazon.com.be. It doesn’t have the same product line up, not logically sorted, cancelled deliveries without any notice, higher price…

I beg you

I beg you. Please don't trust Amazon, they won't refund my money since September. It has no warranty. Please do not buy from Amazon. I made a mistake, but I will tell you my experience and I have no fear of anyone.

My account was restricted

My account was restricted, the only option they provided for me to enable my account again was to send a fax with my banking details.

I don't have access anymore to the old visa information they are requesting, and I really don't understand how a company like amazon only accepts faxes for communication regarding account issues.

There is no other way to contact support because you need to be logged in to contact them directly.

Scam from seller

I bought a book from a new seller and that seller tried to scam me. The seller said I had to pay customs, when in fact this is not true. Good that I know the rules. I know many don't and would have payed that fat 22 euro's customs on a 40 euro book.
I had to contact customer support 5 times and they did help, but it took some time. Now the book is returned and I got my money back. But Amazon deleted my review of the seller, so now the seller can go scamming again. Not only that, but Amazon said they would report the seller and do something about it, yet the seller is still active and Amazon did nothing about it. I had to do all the work, very bad experience.

Mail fraud.

Package not delivered.
Told to wait 48 hours, told to wait an additional 48 hours and then told to wait 72 hours more.
Do not believe the promises of customer support.
The only offered solution was to wait...

Do not order, they commit mail fraud.
