All in all just great. I’ve ordered many times here. Good prices and lot’s of stuff available. Only once my package was not delivered and they promptly send it again. It’s just great you can order at 10pm and still get it the next day. Also you get good order tracking information.
Dragonfly unreliable and client unfriendly
Driver of Dragonfly (assigned by Amazon) falsely claims delivery. Nothing was delivered, also clear from camera surveillance. Dragonfly makes Amazon an untrustworthy webshop. Filed a complaint at Amazon.
Dragonfly is destroying my Amazon Prime experience
I have been a loyal Amazon Prime member for years and have always had positive experiences — until now. Amazon has chosen to use Dragonfly as a transporter, and it has completely destroyed my trust. The delivery service by Dragonfly is absolutely terrible. My packages are mishandled, deliveries are missed, and the service is the worst I have ever encountered. Why is Amazon allowing Dragonfly to drag down every single positive experience I have built up as a Prime member? All the goodwill Amazon has earned over the years is being undone by this one terrible transporter. I urge Amazon to reconsider their partnership with Dragonfly immediately, because as long as they are used, I cannot in good conscience recommend Amazon to anyone.
The only reliable delivery in NL
I have ordered hundreds of packages over the past six years and never had any problems; and when I did, the issue was always resolved very quickly. If you are not at home, the couriers always call you and ask what to do with the package. I'm truly frustrated by why people are complaining; this is the only reliable way to order things in the NL.
Amazon.nl holding refund hostage due to their own "System Error"
I returned a router (Order 171-6161001-4867504) on Dec 30, 2024. It was confirmed delivered to Amazon’s return center on Jan 7, 2025. It has been over 3 weeks since receipt, and Amazon is refusing to issue my refund.
Customer service admitted there is a "system error" on their end, yet they are demanding that I (the customer) fill out a manual "incident report" to fix their internal technical failure. This is unacceptable. I have fulfilled my legal obligations under EU law. Amazon has the item, but they are keeping my money.
I have already reported this to the ACM (ConsuWijzer) and will continue to pursue legal action. If you use iDEAL to pay on Amazon.nl, be warned: if their system breaks, they will make it YOUR problem.
Give me my money back immediately.

They're a bunch of thieves and incompetents! Find my order 407-2394912-4437930! Bunch of lazybones! The delivery date has been changing for 14 months and it's nowhere to be found because I ordered it in 2024. Their customer service is a disgrace! 15 emails sent and no response. They just stole 150 euros from me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My partner and I received the wrong part from an Amazon seller. We didn’t want a gift card — we simply wanted a refund. The seller sent a prepaid return label, but our vehicle is currently disassembled, so we cannot physically leave to drop anything off. My partner is also a senior citizen on social security disability!
Amazon customer service reached out to the seller asking them to arrange a UPS pickup, which is standard when a customer can’t travel. The seller refused.
Then Amazon’s Executive Relations emailed us saying we should pay out of pocket for the UPS pickup and they would reimburse us later. We don’t have the money to front that cost, and we shouldn’t have to pay anything for a mistake that wasn’t ours.
This morning, customer service told us we could keep the part and they would issue a refund within 3–5 business days. A few minutes ago, another rep confirmed the same thing and said the seller would respond within 48 hours.
We have screenshots of every conversation. The amount of back‑and‑forth, contradictions, and refusal to follow their own policies has been unbelievable. No customer should be bounced around like this or asked to pay money they don’t have just to fix a seller’s error.
Amazon needs to do better.

Amazon's own delivery getting worse and worse
While you see other parcel delivery improving with tracking, and providing time-slots, Amazon own service gets worse and worse. A parcel, randomly showing up at a random time in the evening, just does not work any more. PostNL and everyone else is ahead, what also makes me switch back to Bol.com or even Temu because I am happy to wait a bit longer for just a better delivery experience.
On their own service, there is no interface at all, no information at all - they just expect you to be home all the time and won't even drop it at a neighbour, what is somehow usual in the Netherlands.

I paid for a new product, but received a used product
I ordered a new product. I also had two options to order warehouse products (returned products) with a discount. I chose a new product, but I received a package that was already opened and closed again with tape. The box was also damaged. So obviously I received a used/returned product but paid for a new product. Bad customer service!
I'm extremely disappointed with my delivery
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent Amazon delivery experience here in the Netherlands. I ordered a book that was supposed to arrive today, but instead received the completely wrong item.
Around 7pm, I heard a delivery van pull up. The driver left a package at my front door without ringing the doorbell or knocking - just dropped it and left. Minutes later, I received an email confirming delivery. When I checked the package, it had the wrong name on it and contained a completely different product from what I ordered. The only thing correct was the address.
I immediately contacted Amazon customer support hoping for a solution. Instead of helping, they told me I have to return the incorrect package myself - meaning I now have to go out of my way to return an item that was delivered by mistake. They won't even arrange a pickup for their own error, so now I have the hassle of finding somewhere to return it.
To make matters worse, customer support could barely tell me anything about where my actual order is or when I might receive it. No real answers, no apology, just more inconvenience pushed onto me as the customer.
This is completely unacceptable. Wrong item, wrong name, no communication from the driver, and then the customer has to fix Amazon's mistake. I expected much better service.

After returning my rental car at Alamo JFK, I discovered upon returning home that not only the rental fee had been debited from my credit card, but also several other mysterious charges. I asked an Alamo employee called Edgar for clarification, but after several evasive answers, I suddenly received no response at all.
As far as I'm concerned, this is a criminal practice, and I strongly advise against renting a car from this company.
Rude agent, No delivery or show up
If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would.
To begin with, I’m a Prime member, and the service has been consistently disappointing. Despite the promise of next-day delivery, Prime products are never delivered on time—never.
In some cases, the product isn’t even dispatched, and yet I’m not allowed to cancel the order. I ordered an item three days ago, and it still shows as not dispatched. The system won’t let me cancel, and the support agent also refused to cancel it, claiming it’s “too far in the process.” How is that possible when it hasn’t even shipped?
When I reached out via chat, the agent said, “When we know something, we’ll let you know.” I waited the entire day—nothing. I opened the chat again, and the next agent told me they had already informed me of everything and tried to close the chat, accusing me of being rude. Seriously?
You sell Prime subscriptions, take our money, miss delivery dates by days, refuse to cancel orders, and don’t dispatch products. This company is starting to feel like a complete joke.
Worst Support Ever
I ordered a razor that was sent to me used (despite it was labelled as new). I returned it and never received a refund. Customer agents are unable to process it.
