Cheapness at the highest level

Incredibly bad packaging and even worse cheapness with shipping/returning. Packages don't get delivered to your mailbox, even if it easily fits (e.g. an envelope with a SD card). You ALWAYS have to go to pickup point, even if you have to drive 20 km or more.
And when returning you need to print out your own label. This is not needed for other companies, this is Amazon specific so they save a few cents (I've asked) .
WARNING: be careful when ordering or you end up with their jävla Prime subscription. They can stick that where the sun don't shine!

AMAZON.SE fraud activity DONT order

Quick answer if u are looking for how this company performs. I ordered macbook pro for 16000SEK delivered and all. I wanted to returned it which i did, after waiting 2 weeks no refund yet contacted the amazon OFM (Account specialist) due to them locking my account for no reason, they gladly said it can take a little long please wait until 16th oct and we will refund you. On 16th i sent them email because i havent received my refund yet, they said the item have not been delivered to them, checking with the parcel partner DHL DHL guaranteed that i was delivered to Amazon warehouse on 21th sep. I got back to amazon and provided them tracking number which says delivered, they straight up ignored me and also said they wont refund before the item reach their warehouse, the item already reached their warehouse 3 weeks ago. Straight up lies, now they said they will not be answering any more of my emails. Sorry but this is a good company but theres also Donkeys who works here who doesnt follow rules and steals money from people.

I think its pretty damn good

I think its pretty damn good! Even now with the prime selection. Always get my things in time or earlier, think i had problem with one delivery time back in 2020, but now with or without prime, I like it.. ALOT!

So bad

So bad. Order + paid. No delivery, had to wait very long to even contact seller. Tried to contact seller, no response. waited. And now Amazon doesn't pay back, "too late". App doesn't support payback/reclaim, at least I didn't find this.

Bad buyer experience. Even worse seller experience.

You can waste many months just to register as a seller, because the process of checking documents from the bank is fully automated with broken software that can't even specify what is missing. Many of Amazon's rules are contradicting both their own rules and Swedish law.

What finally made me quit using Amazon completely was that they refused to stop sending me daily junk mail that I never asked for (GDPR violation). But even after I requested to have my account and all data erased (just to be sure), they just kept spamming like I was still a member. All links in the junk mail leads to the Amazon website, but the unsubscribe link only leads to the log-in page, where signing up for a new account would only double the junk mail. No way to contact them without being a member, not responding to legal letters... Useless criminals.

Delivery was fairly quick through the PostNord (from DK within 3 working days), BUT I could not pick my parcel since amazon set an incorrect name for my delivery. When I was checking my account details, the name is correct, so I don't why amazon took part of my email address and set it as my name on a develiery

Several times now i have found the same item atleast 10% cheaper on Amazon.se for expensive things thats alot of money you save, and free shipping on top of that. I have no idea how there are so many bad reviews here, yesterday was my third purchase from here, and i have yet to see any swedish business send me the package as fast. i bought a external harddrive late yesterday and it says it will arrive today, last two times also arrived within one day, i dont know if they send everything from Malmö where i live or why but its unreal how fast shipping is.
Now i cannot speak for the times people have problem with broken things or whatever so i cannot speak for the support of Amazon, but i find myself buying more and more from Amazon.se whereas i always bought before on webbhallen, proshop, elgiganten, netonnet, and places like that. None of them match the prices and the fast shipping

Empty box, very long delivery time

Ordered an iron. Got an empty box. Replacing it was easy, but I was required to buy tape and print out a return sheet (I don't have a printer) to send back the EMPTY box.
I also ordered an ironing board at the same time, which showed up as "i lager" (in stock). It took them SIXTEEN DAYS to send something they marked as "in stock". Absolutely awful. If I had known any of that, I would have ordered somewhere else.

Amazon themselves are good and have a good customer service call center. What I feel fustrated about is that in Sweden they only use PostNord for delivery and doesn't provide user with alternatives to choose other delivery options. PostNord have made my life a living hell two times now. I was a frequent buyer from amazon but due to PostNord's bad service I am going to be thinking twice every time I want to buy something from amazon.

The Amazon services in Sweden are…

The Amazon services in Sweden are extremely poor,
I ordered a Facial Cream today (21st June 2021) and the delivery is due on 05th August 2021!!! Insanely long, The other items I ordered will arrive within 6 working days ( 1 week or so) Extremely slow to process or is it just me? I decided to contact the customer service and they simply exit the chat with no explanation!!! If you can avoid Amazon.se, do it!!! This is just too complicated to deal with them

Can't choose delivery company

Can't choose delivery company. If you choose home delivery and end up with PostNord then 9 times out of 10 they deliver to pickup point instead. Amazon Customer service will sweet talk you but not fix the issue. They will say to you and say them contact PostNord and get it fixed but when you call yourself to PostNord they say that they can't change and the instructions they got in their system says pickup point delivery and not home delivery.

Customer service better in other countries

Customer service in Amazon Sweden is a lot worse compared to the other countries they operate in. Amazon would need to take a look at that and resolve it since it's not holding the quality that Amazon stands for, they are lacking in both knowledge and the willingness to resolve problems to the customers satisfaction.

Prime is also not available as of yet but still I'm impressed by the shipping speeds as far.

Translation is also a mess and they don't have all of the products that are available from the other Amazon sites. Price are also a little bit higher than the other sites so sometimes it's just better to order from Amazon.de.

Regular user worldwide

I am a regular user worldwide and have more often than not been satisfied with my usage of Amazon. However the launch in Sweden has been really pathetic.
Enforced translation, why can I not use the English GUI but shop from the Swedish stores?
Same goes with its offering which is better in our neighbouring country Germany.

Really good customer service.

I have accounts on the Swedish page as well as the German ditto.

I have used Amazon internet shopping experience through the last 10-12 years.
Yes, of course I have also experienced lost shipments or sellers from asia/UK trying to sell in EU.
I can say though, I have never had anything negative to say about the Amazon Customer service agents.
Always stepping up and go a few extra miles to support.

I recommend Amazon.

Amazon or eBay in Sweden, witch one is better ?!…

After a e few months experience with Amazon now I switched back again to eBay. Amazon is Not ready to be in Sweden but they want take over all internet shop!! Delay of deliveries , bad quality of some products, not clear information and very slow shopping and refund system is the reason I try to not continue with Amazon.
