Outstanding service and reliability. My only choice for passport services.

I would highly recommend this company! My Travel Agent and Ladan work together and able to travel into 62 different countries without any issues. Even if it’s a weeks notice we’ve gotten our Visas on time. Love you guys!!!

Wonderful experience. My only issue was that I did not receive a receipt with my passport but received one after calling.

I required a visa for a work-related conference, and needed it in a fairly short turnaround time (<2 weeks). The Ambassador representative was very helpful with the application process, and processed all of the materials promptly. However, I paid extra to expedite the process (4-day turnaround I think), but did not receive the visa on the day I was supposed to. Two days after I was supposed to receive it I phoned to find out where it was, and the representative I had worked with didn't seem to know it hadn't been sent or why (made it sound like someone had just forgotten...). I also never received an invoice for the cost of the visa, which was problematic because (1) my credit card was charged considerably more than the website had indicated the cost would be, and (2) my foreign hosts required an invoice to reimburse me for the cost of the visa. I requested an invoice from Ambassador repeatedly with no response (email was ignored, and when I phoned I was told someone would call me back, but they never did).

I would never, ever recommend Ambassador Passport and Visa Services to anyone. They tried to charge me an exorbitant amount of money for visas to Russia. Since this was not my first trip to
Russia I was very well aware of what the procedure is and what charges should have been. They then kept my and my husband's passport longer than usual when I said I did not want to do business with then. This was all very unethical. I went back to my tried and true passport service in Washington, DC where they charged me correctly which was half of what Ambassador tried to rip me off for. Beware!

the response to our question is slow. the charge is not fair.

After multiple attempts to reach my last passport visa company, I found they closed without notice. I was worried I would have to cancel my trip. I had less than 2 months to get my visa finalized. Ambassador Passport & Visa Services provided quick response to my visa needs. I was able to get the paperwork processed & had my visa within a couple weeks. I handed it to my travel agent to secure the final steps so I could go on my China trip.

A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE WAS ALWAYS BUSY AND SOME PEOPLE WERE NOT TOTALLY SURE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING THESE DOCUMENTS.

I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT.

THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ... YET SOME ARE STILL FRAUDULENT.

Felt ripped off. They should have told me I could get a visa upon arrival. Would have saved me almost $200.

I am very pleased with the service provided.
Phone calls were promptly returned and visas and new passport arrived on time.

Promised document authentication for 8 legal docs, however 1 of the 8 documents is not accounted for. Poor customer service from Ladan. Lack of communication in keeping us updated with authentication progress. Had to continuously call in to get updates and Ladan never followed through. Never received invoice for service again had to call and email several times. To date there has been no attempt to resolve the issue or to retrieve our document and send back to us causing our company to a loss legal dispute. Also no attempt has been made to refund any of the cost. Would not recommend Ambassador Passport and Visa Services.
