Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

In May 2024, you contacted us to add additional baggage to your reservation. Although the service was processed on our end, the airline unfortunately did not complete the baggage addition. As soon as this was identified, we promptly issued a full refund for the baggage fee and, as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, also provided a complimentary voucher for future use.

The voucher was issued via email with a validity period until August 20, 2024, which was clearly mentioned in the voucher details. Our team has recently received your request in March 2026, which is unfortunately well beyond the validity period.

We understand how situations like this can be frustrating. However, we did make every effort at the time to resolve the issue promptly by refunding the charge and providing a goodwill credit.

That said, we would still like to assist you if possible. Please feel free to contact our support team directly so we can review your case once more.

I had a very poor experience with FondTravels

I had a very poor experience with FondTravels. Their customer service was slow and unhelpful, and getting clear information was almost impossible. Once the payment was made, support dropped significantly.

Changes and questions were handled poorly, and I felt like my concerns were ignored. The overall process lacked transparency, and the experience caused more stress than help.

I would not recommend FondTravels to anyone who values timely support and professional service. There are far better and more reliable travel agencies available.

Amos M. Was very helpful in helping us get our daughter on another flight when you flight got canceled. Mara was traveling alone. Mara has Asperger’s and anxiety disorder. She has flown a lot in the last 2 years. We ( her parents) are usually with her, but this time she wanted to try going by herself to a friends wedding in Penn. Mara was on the last leg of her trip on Nov 10 from Dulles to Portland Maine when the flight was cancelled. Her anxiety kicked in and I asked her to find someone who worked behind the counter so I could talk to them and ask them to help her, but she said there was no one there. Panicking, I call the United number and was lucky to get Amos who saved the day!!! He very calmly got her on another flight at a different airport (Ronald Reagan) we had to pay extra, but he took over an hour on the phone with me to make sure she was safe and on her way home. I really appreciated Amos helping us out!!
