Good Customer Service
It took me 40 mins. to book a flight. with Marcus Park Although I tried to book online for $40 less I was unable. He was very helpful but took much longer than expected as I needed a same day flight.
Also, I was not aware that I was not booking directly thru southwest, this was a little off putting that I had to sign documents prior to receiving a conf. #

A big thank you to Maximus. A frustrating experience with many surprises, but Maximus was extremely patient in explaining everything to me and helping as much as possible. Airlines should generally be more understanding, recognizing that unexpected medical emergencies can occur beyond their--and our--control, and should not penalize us by charging fees above what's already been paid.
