Amber was very gracious and kind .
I messed up the order by forgetting to finish making my order on paper .
And when I realised this almost month later .Hurriedly put in my order .And ended up with the wig design .I have now .However the company was able to perm it for me and now that I have had it slayed .Its my favourite wig .My other wigs except one other one .Are only worn when I am washing my Amber Jean and my raw indian hair wig .I love my Amber Jean wig .The best thing is if this wig thins .Amber Jean will revamp it .

From the minute I made contact with Amber Jean I felt welcomed and understood. The journey across London was very long but 100% worth it as I fell in love with the first wig I tried on and can’t wait to come back and collect it. The shop itself is super cosy (although a bit hard to find if you’re directionally challenged like me!) and Amber’s team are so lovely, kind and sensitive - my hair loss is from brain cancer and I have surgery scars which I’m reluctant to show in public, but everyone was very sensitive and made me feel completely at ease during my visit.

Excellent advice and service from Amber Jean and Katie, her hair team. Made Hayley so happy and so many smiles.

As an older lady in my 50s losing all my hair was/is horrific scary challenging. I had no idea how to deal with this. Just stepping outside my door each day became impossible. I spent a fortune on different wigs, not understanding the different types of hair/caps etc. complete minefield. I actually had almost 150 wigs that I did not wear. This was pure desperation until I came across Amber Jean on instagram. I plucked up the courage to go and see Amber and her team at her salon in London. I arrived very nervous and scared I would be sucked into buying more of what I did not want. How wrong was I!! I was made to feel normal, worth something again. The whole experience opened my eyes to what was there for me. I ended up buying two human hair wigs with different cut styles and caps. I went back two months later to collect them, fitted. I wore one home. I felt great! I still feel great. They are comfortable, natural looking, soft to touch and most of all I now feel safe! I would highly recommend Amber Jean to anyone. The only thing I wish that could top this would be help with bald eyes too, I feel wearing a wig with bald eyes still says wig but I’m learning this road as well. Takes time! Mrs Gentle

I had my first wig consultation at Amber Jean and it was such a positive experience. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and at ease. Katie was incredibly kind and supportive, she turned what could have been a very daunting moment into something uplifting and empowering. I also had the chance to speak with Amber, the founder, who is every bit as inspiring and warm as her reputation suggests. The wigs are absolutely beautiful and the whole experience was filled with care, compassion, and genuine understanding. Highly recommend.

It has been over a year since I got my wig from Amber Jean, and as someone with alopecia who has worn and tried many wigs, I can confidently say this is the best-quality and most natural looking wig I've ever owned! It is so obvious that AJ is a brand created by a woman with alopecia, because the care and love that goes into the process - from consultation to receiving your wig and beyond - really is fantastic, not to mention the understanding and insight that only someone with hairloss themselves could actually know. 100% recommend.

I collected my wig from Amber Jean Wigs today and was completely overwhelmed and emotional—in the best possible way. From the moment I arrived, Katie was incredible. So professional, warm, and attentive truly made sure I was okay every step of the way.

This is the second wig I have gotten from amber . Love the quality and the hair is naturally wavy , curly . The last wig I had lasted me longer than 2 years and that was wearing every day , bear in mind , I am quite rough with wigs .
My son had gone to collect it for me as he was visiting London .
On arrival he was greeted by a lovely bunch of ladies . His words . He wasn’t expecting such a lovely reception .
The customer service I recieved was excellent and upon ordering wig , bespoke , amber was so helpful and kind , she is such a lovely person . It made The overall experience less stressful.

Due to a very stressful situation of my daughter’s alopecia, we needed to find a wig that made her feel like she did before she started to lose her hair. The whole process although traumatic for her was dealt with total compassion, kindness and wanting you to walk away happy. The wig is amazing, the shop is beautiful and you have total privacy while trying them on. Amber met as to talk it through then Katie took us downstairs to try the wigs on. Also through this contact my daughter has now started therapy with Kim, which has been another huge accomplishment!

My daughter has had two bespoke wigs from Amber Jean since losing all her hair to alopecia a year ago. They’re so beautiful and are fantastic quality. The whole team are understanding and kind and Katie is incredibly skilled at what she does. Amber is an amazing role model for my daughter with a true understanding of what’s she’s gone through as well. Highly recommend for anyone going through hair loss to visit this wonderful salon.

My bespoke piece turned out beautifully - looks very natural. The team was helpful and very responsive in the process. I am surprised it turned out so well and I never even tried it on or met them in person (ordered from LA). Amber clearly really cares about each client

I regret so much that I didn’t do much closer research into Amber Jean wigs and now I have more experience I can honestly say that her wigs are of average or poor quality for the price to pay (they are most expensive than any other I purchase). Also customer service is bad. Once I brought back the wig I was not happy about I was never called by my name she referred to me as ‘she’ the whole time. I was promised that my altered wigs will be returned to me in 2-3 weeks but I haven’t heard anything from them for 6 weeks without any update or apologies for lateness. Overall very unpleasant and expensive experience and I don’t even wear wig I purchase I don’t like it at all please do your research
