Very obliging, caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I am an Independent Celebrant looking after families and taking funeral services at Amber Valley Crematorium.
I write this review to say a huge thank you to Manager Paul Bird, Catherine, Neil and Andy.
What a wonderful team of people, who always ensure to the smallest detail that my service in their crematorium is absolutely perfect.
The chapel is always spotless, the grounds are beautifully maintained and when I am at Amber Valley I always feel relaxed about my service knowing that everything will be ‘spot on’ and I along with the families are very well looked after by the wonderful staff there.
I have received many compliments from families who having had their loved ones service at Amber Valley, some for the first time, others who are returning and all are full of praise for this beautiful crematorium.
I also tell my families that it is so reassuring and heart warming to know that when we have left Amber Valley Crematorium, their loved ones will be looked after with love and respect.
So thank you Paul, Catherine, Neil and Andy for everything you do for the families coming into your care and for your continued help and support with me. You are all ‘Simply The Best’

Over the last 3 years, the team at Amber Valley Paul, Catherine, Neil and more recently Andy have worked tirelessly to provide a caring, supportive, friendly and very professional service to Celebrants, Ministers, Funeral Directors and most importantly to bereaved families. Their professionalism and dedication is without question and I am privileged to work alongside them in my work as an Independent Funeral Celebrant.
I would definitely recommend families consider using this wonderful place, with its peaceful surroundings and space just to sit and be still for a moment. With staff on hand to help and support what more could you need.

we have been to amber valley memorial park on several occasions and have always been happy with all the service they provide during such a sad day. the place is spotlessly clean and well looked after. all the staff treat you with kindness and respect at a really difficult time. well done to all the team who work there.

A big thank you to all the staff at amber valley memorial. At such a sad time the staff here were polite and considerate of everyone's needs. Nothing was rushed and everyone had the time needed to say goodbye. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Chapel was bright and airy.

I visited Amber Valley Memorial on several occasions in the last 3 years and every single time I was greeted by lovely personnel that is dedicated to the job.
Paul and his team are well trained with a good understanding of the requirements of the job they all do, with a “client first” attitude that is helpful.

Visited for a friends funeral, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Set in beautiful surroundings and felt like the perfect place to say goodbye to a friend.

The staff are incredible. Losing a love one is hard enough but the staff are very friendly and helpful and support you in every way possible. Even after the ceremony. I cant thank the staff enough for the support they have given. The gardens are incredible. After a loved one has passed walking on them gardens make you feel like they are near. Keep up the amazing work you do.

Such a fantastic place for families and friends to say their final farewells to their loved ones. The staff and premises are excellent
I've been to many different crematoriums in my roll has a funeral director and this is far the best I've been to..

What can I say, but a well deserved - 5 Stars.

In my role as a Civil Celebrant, I led a service today 24th May 2018 and from first entering the beautifully landscaped grounds and the immaculate entrance and tastefully appointed chapel, my first experience of Memoria and Amber Valley was simply excellent.
A friendly, genuine welcome from Manager Paul Bird, Catherine and all the team, who were attentive to myself, the deceased family and guests and nothing was hurried or too much trouble.

I look forward to my next visit and thank you again, such lovely service and attention to detail are rare qualities.

A beautiful environment, well tended gardens, very peaceful and tranquil. All staff we encountered were pleasant and dignified. The interior was clean and welcoming.

Firstly, Thank you ever so much for your excellent/overwhelming service. We was very happy with the service that you provided us during our heart breaking experience we have recently had in our life's.
This was the first time we used your company. No doubt we will be using you again. From previously using other companies in the past, we were unsure how smoothly our day would go with yourselfs, but we were pleasantly surprised! You ticked all the boxes and went the extra mile.
Myself and Claire would like to invite you all to a weekend away in the Lake District to show our appreciation. Details to follow via email.

This is a lovely place in a beautiful setting.The staff are very caring and professional.I would definitely recommend it' although could perhaps benefit from more parking space on some occasions.

All staff are extremely helpful and very caring...facilities are good but could do with more toilets......exit area is too small making it difficult to get mourners out of the chapel easily....normally causing a backup

I work at Amber Valley Memorial Park regularly as a funeral celebrant.
It is a fabulous place for families to say goodbye to their loved one.
I always feel completely supported by the excellent staff there and I cannot praise them enough!
