Only order on line great product, but can't place phone orders as know one answers

Have ordered 6 various kits from these guys now...and have always been delivered on time and in full. Tech help is good on the phone too....yeah can't fault them! 😁

Delivered quickly and the kit looked well manufactured. However the customer service was non existent when I had a technical question to ask that wasnt covered in the instructions or online. No one answered the phone at all for nearly half an hour of trying and when they did it sounded like a 12 year old who told me to expect a call back which never came. I decided to send the kit back to them because receiving good service is important to me and after hearing all the horror stories about the reliability of underfloor heating I had no confidence that this company would be on hand to sort out any potential issues in the future. They did pick up the delivery free of charge however and I appreciated that.

Had really good service from Ambient; helpful with a technical query and even though I messed up my order (twice!) the return & refund was swift and painless - highly recommend them

as the title says I needed some items quickly they were delivered next day and the product's are first class

Issue with product and cannot get through to the company by phone. Always no answer and tried for a whole week. Still no response 3 weeks later..

Left messages to no avail
Have they gone bust. You can still place orders and pay but will you get your order

We have used you for a number of years with no complaints but we have recently made two orders but have received no emails or paperwork despite receiving the goods. It would be useful going forward to understand why this is? I have tried calling on a number of occasions but no answer. I have emailed, sent Facebook messages and this is my last resort. I am sure you are very busy but so am I and most frustrating not being able to resolve this quickly.
