We have been using AMC for four years and we have always had excellent and very efficient service - next day delivery, good prices and efficient invoicing. I cannot speak highly enough of Adam our account manager, who is amazingly helpful.

Our no. 1 IT supplier. We normally deal with Lewis but all the team are very friendly and efficient. We get next day delivery on our orders which we never did when we bought direct and it just takes the time and hassle out of buying IT equipment. Can highly recommend.

Diana is our account manager and is always willing to help us out with any questions we might have, even if she does not have the information she will assist in pointing you in the right direction or going beyond her job to get the information for you. The best thing about Diana is that you get straight answer to any question and she will advise whether it is the best route for you to go down. It is not just about selling like other suppliers it is about your entire experience as a customer from start to finish. Even if it is 30th time I have called in a day requesting another quote or chasing a delivery Diana is extremely friendly on the phone and will always take an interest in your day.

AMC Has very competitive pricing and the level of service and after care once you have ordered is above and beyond anyone else, the majority of items turning up quickly with no issues compared to other suppliers who let you down and do not care if there is an issue. If they are beaten on price they will do everything they can to beat or match the price of competitors and will advise when you have found a bargain.

If you do run into any issues with an order then the response from Diana and her team is fantastic to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

We use a variety of different suppliers but none are the level of AMC.

If there is one supplier that you can rely on to get you the goods and service you need then there is no one else.

AMC is our preferred supplier for pretty much 100% of IT hardware (outside of hardware we must buy from our Network service provider as per contractual agreements such as switches, firewalls etc)

I rarely go anywhere else even for a quote because I know how hard James and his team work to get me the best pricing possible which is a big plus.

More than that there are other aspects to working with AMC that make them a great partner. James is extremely courteous and always interested in how my day is going, this kind of personal touch always makes me want to buy from AMC due to the time and effort he has put into building a strong working relationship with us.

James also goes above and when the opportunity arises and ensures and bumps in the road are smoothed by constant chasing of suppliers and providing accurate lead times for items.

All in all we are very happy working with AMC and won't be going anywhere else in the near future!

Been dealing with AMC for a long time now, personally it's been around a year and a half, but I know my company has been with them for over 5 years!

Never chased us or badgered us for sales and always came back with decent quotes and never felt like we couldn't ask for a better deal or a price match and made to feel like we were priority one all the time.

I even got taken out for dinner by one of the directors who popped in to make sure we were happy with their level of service, which I can reiterate here, that we very much so are!

We have not been dealing with AMC for very long but we are starting to partner with them as well as using them for ad hoc purchases.

They are always helpful and keen to work with us and we would recommend them to anybody.

I was recommended AMC by one of my technicians and was introduced to Kye Parker as our sales contact. From the first quote request Kye, would come back quicker than many other suppliers and with a very competitive price. This has led me to use AMC as a supplier across multiple sites as not only are the prices always competitive, but the service is fast, efficient and always a pleasure.

Been using AMC for a while now as our default go to supplier, found them very competitive and the customer service is great.

We're a large girls school in Brum and have been using AMC for around 3 years now. We have purchased a lot of equipment from them ranging from 100s of laptops to a single cable. We've never had a bad experience with them yet and delivery is always free and prompt. They are very competitive on price and can nearly always get what you're after. Lewis is our account manager and apart from being a Blues supporter he's easily the best account manager I have to deal with on a day to day basis. He gets back to you straight away, has a very good work ethic and communicates back all aspects of whats going on with an order which makes life a lot easier.
I highly recommend AMC as a company, they provide an excellent service.
