Reinstating IGPR

After an absence from work for 8 weeks due to sickness, my IGPR info had disappeared from my desktop.
I call IGPR and this resolved very quickly by a helpful gentleman called Ben. Very polite and excellent customer service

We have been using iGPR for some time…

We have been using iGPR for some time now, and has been great for insurance reports and SARs, saves a massive amount of time. It is very easy to use, but I had a rare query and spoke to Tom today who was great and really helpful who showed me another way to do something. Would thoroughly recommend iGPR

Go the extra mile!

It has made a huge difference for the better since commencing using IGPR for insurance Reports and SAR requests. It is really easy to get through to speak to someone when help is needed. Staff are always polite and extremely helpful and will always go the extra mile.

Its just part of the team!

We have a longstanding relationship with the team at IGPR and always find Lee very supportive and able to assit with queries we have. We use the managed service to assist with our workflow within our large practice which we have found beneficial and now consider it an integral part of our day to day team.

Fantastic Service

Thomas was a great help today in talking me through the finer details of using the platform, as well as remotely installing on Multiple Devices.
