Tom was very polite and helpful and got IGPR up and running with EMIS very quickly. The only reason I didn't give the experience a 5 was because the call wait time was very long.

IGPR is very beneficial to our surgery

IGPR is very beneficial to our surgery, it frees up time for the Doctors to treat and see their patients. I have never had any issue with the service, they are very reliable and easy to contact. I have recommended IGPR to other Practice Managers at recent meetings.

Very helpful support when contacted…

Very helpful support when contacted today to install system at new site explanation of how to access 2 different IGPR accounts straight forward. The IGPR system is very straight forward to use only negative is not being able to split a completed IGPR report which is a large file which causes issues when trying to send by email

We have been using of IGPR for nearly 5…

We have been using of IGPR for nearly 5 years now, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. The service they provide is excellent, always thorough, careful, and extremely professional.
IGPR have been a huge support to our practice, especially with reports, and this has saved our team a significant amount of admin time. They really understand the needs of a busy practice and make everything feel much more manageable.
They are also very responsive and reliable. Whenever we have had any questions or issues, they have dealt with them promptly and efficiently, often stepping in to sort things out for us without any fuss. Overall, a brilliant service and a fantastic team to work with. I would absolutely recommend IGPR to any practice looking for dependable and high-quality support.
