Using IGPR
Using IGPR has helped massively with our workload and making sure paperwork is dealt with efficiently. The staff at IGPR are always happy to help with any IT issues or queries we come across. We are now using the Managed Service and if ever they need any further information from us they are quick to get in touch so that requests aren't left waiting. When you upload requests to IGPR you can trust the work will be done correctly and in a timely manner.
Fast at fixing problems, can't complain
I needed to reinstall IGPR on my computer after I had been away from work for a couple months and ran into some problems.
After a not too long wait to get through to someone, the technician worked to set up the software on my device despite issues with my computer not loading it the way he wanted he quickly found another way and got everything working for me. He spoke clearly and precisely while keeping me updated on what he was doing and why, highly professional and great customer service.
While I myself don't use the software on a daily basis like my colleagues do they all agree that this software is heavily reliable and makes large workloads manageable and gave me the number to call in confidence that it would sorted in no time.

Our Surgery have been using iGPR for some time and have been very impressed with the software and support from the iGPR team. We have recently gone onto the Managed Service for our handling of SAR requests, medical reports, DWP and insurance forms. It is so easy to use, has saved us so much time, reduced our workload and is accurate and efficient. The support at iGPR is fantastic, and when you speak to them they are able to offer appropriate advice to resolve any issues and often show you other improvements or shortcuts that will be useful. Today I spoke with Tom, who was again extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

I have used IGPR over several NHS practices I have worked in, I find them extremely helpful, there at the end of the phone and just a jolly good service. I would recommend them. It sure beats taking up the GP time to review sars and insurance reports.

Our GP surgery has been using this provider for a short period of time but they have eased our work load and made completing insurance reports and subject access requests so much easier.

Awful, incompetent and potentially dangerous
If you have medical insurance and you have to ask for a history of issues and your GP Practise uses this awful company BEWARE.
They 'work' with my GPs in West Sussex to 'save them money' by providing summaries of medical reports relating to private medical claims.
Really ...?! Thank God I had a chance to review the incompetent review IGPR wanted to sent to my insurance company WPA.
When asked by WPA to report issues relating to an arthritic knee back to 2019 this company cut and pasted my medical record back to 2010 and included some really personal and unrelated information.
I complained to the GP surgery and was able to block the report.
Second time IGPR deleted vital parts of the information so WPA refused my knee operation privately in the UK.
This isn't a 'bad blood' situation but honestly if IGPR get hold of your GP practise and get hold of your records, read every single line intensively or you will be refused cover, as I have been.
