Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 113 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently reported that products were of poor quality, often described as cheap plastic or fake, and arrived broken or not as advertised. Many found the jewelry to be mass-produced, contradicting claims of handcrafted items, and the website was criticized for misleading images and descriptions. Orders often faced long delays, arrived damaged, or contained incorrect items. People also struggled with the refund process, reporting difficulties in returning items or receiving their money back despite stated policies. Some reviewers noted concerns about the company's stated origin, with products appearing to be imported from abroad. Conversely, a small portion of people were satisfied with their purchases, describing their jewelry as beautiful, well-made, and exactly as described.

This is my first time falling for a scam.
Was under the impression it was high quality sterling silver jewelry based on photos and descriptions on the site.
It is so cheap it’s actually unwearable.
Feels like quality out of a toy vending machine.
Wasted $60 dollars

Horrible

Horrible, horrible. I purchased the necklace Oath of the Ocean for my grown daughters birthday present. It look very pretty on the website. Wrong it looks like a 9 years little girls plastic necklace. I asked for my money back and they wanted me to send it certified back to them. I told them I was going to let every review website I can find to let people know how they ripped me off

Fraudulent items...not at all what is advertised.

I purchased a ring for my granddaughter's graduation and a couple of necklaces thinking high quality and individually made. All of the items was cheap metal with cheap plastic! I paid 65.00 for all. It looked like kids costume jewelry. I immediately sent an email requesting refund. After reading all reviews, I contact my credit card and disputed!! 90 days for review and dispute.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! Their quality of work is terrible as the pictures don't reflect the actual product. When you go to return the product they don't provide you all the information for their shipping and then they don't respond when you ask for the missing information. If you like getting kid jewelry that you can't return by all means buy from them. But be ware!

if I could rate it zero I definitely…

if I could rate it zero I definitely would. They are from China. They advertise as though they are a business going out of business in United States, which is 100% false. They are in China. I was extremely lucky enough to get my money back from my bank. But now that I have done that now they want to try and send me one out of the three rings that I tried to purchase. I told them an email to just keep it. I don’t want anything they have to give and to leave me alone. Do not waste your time with them. They do not speak good English they are scammers. They will not even give you a receipt via email. Or an estimation of when my product should actually be there. They finally told me it would be on the 23rd when I bought it at the first of the month and I received nothing. And so now we’re into the next month and now they have decided to send me one out of three items. I don’t even want it. And then they said that in order for you to track your order you have to sign up to get emails. But if they’re a business that’s going out of business why would you sign up to receive future discounts emails, etc.? They are not very intelligent on their game. This is a horrible place and I wish that I never found it. And I’m so glad that one person did write something on trust pilot. Because prior when I first was looking at the company, trust pilot had nothing on this company. I’m hoping with this added complaint, you will know that they are trying to infiltrate that they are Americans when they are not. I should’ve taken that sign alone as they were scammers.

Total scammers and I fell for it

Total scammers and I fell for it. Picture was not at all like what I actually received. Cheap plastic gaudy earrings 10 times bigger than what the pic showed. Not worth returning because I will just lose more money. Customer service also sucks. Had to email 3 times before I even got a response.

ATTENTION

ATTENTION: THESE ARE SCAMMERS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE. THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE TO JUSTIFY THE LOW PRICES." MOST PEOPLE CAN TELL SCAMS AND "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE SCHEMES" SO THEY HAVE LEARNED TO BE BETTER SCAMMERS BY LYING ABOUT THE CIRCUMSTANCE.
IF YOU PAID BY CREDIT, CALL THE CC COMPANY AND HAVE THEM CANCEL THE ORDER. THE CC COMPANY WILL INVESTIGATE THEM AND ULTIMATELY SHUT THEM DOWN. THEY CAN'T DO THAT IF YOU WALK AWAY FROM THE PROBLEM SO REPORT THEM. IT IS SUCH A PROBLEM THAT STORES WITH SIMILAR NAMES (AMELIA'S JEWELRY ETC.) GET COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM EVERYDAY.

False advertising, cheap, arrived broken, trash!

Honesty, for a start. It isn't "handmade" jewelry, it is cheap jewelry from China, finally arrived two months after ordering. Pearl fell off one earring and closure wouldn't work on the other, "pearl was white instead of blush! I cannot believe I fell for this and paid $24 for cheap junk!

The ring that I purchased looks NOTHING like what was on their website! Also, I think it is plastic from CHINA!
I have been reaching out to the 'customer service' which seems to be somewhere in China without the knowledge of the English language, and they are giving me the runaround.
I'm not sure if I will every get a straight-forward response from them, but I am definitely going to spread the word about this company. So very disappointed the they scammed me!!!!

This company lies

This company lies. The picture of the ring I bought and the ring I received… over a month after I ordered it? Did not look the same. The ring was not silver, it looked cheap and it will definitely turn my finger colors if I wear it. It is already making my finger itch. It was $30 wasted. I usually read reviews before buying- I didnt this time and am regretting it. Do not fall for the “Amelia’s story” because that is all it is- a story.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I purchased a ring and it took forever to get here from China and it looked like a toy out of a Cracker Jack Box. I requested return but you have to pay for postage and custom expenses.

I also was scammed by the picture of the artist, trying to help someone out. "Homemade". When the items arrived, they did look like they came from a gumball machine. On one of the pair of earrings the metal hanger didn't even fit over the stone. Then one of the pair looked like some kid painted them instead of real rock. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
