Amélie's DIY Flam-kuche Flatpack is a wonderful way to enjoy their take on the 14th century Alsace dish known as flammekueche. We've eaten Amélie's famous flam-kuche at their restaurant in Cambridge but it's great that there is a kit we can make at home, which is quick, easy, delicious and several notches above a fast food take away. Ordering via the website is easy and everything is well packaged for delivery (and recyclable). We've ordered several times now and it has always been a positive experience.

We tried the Mushroom & Mozzarella, the Mozzarella & Chorizo and the Margherita skinny pizzas - all were excellent and really tasty. We also ordered the homemade hummus but unfortunately the package had split and leaked (not helped by the fact that the box had very clearly marked 'this way up' sticker on it, but were ignored by the courier), so we ended up using the pizza bases that come with the hummus (which were undamaged) with other dip. Despite this, I would certainly order from Amelie again.

Arrived on the nominated date - and fabulous as usual. Parents are not comfortable eating out yet, so this was a second best thing for our birthday celebration! Great service and lovely food as always.

Yet again a really delightful meal. Only comment would be a little more of the toppings to cover more of the base. Was still fab and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you so much for a quick and easy, alternative and affordable meal at home.

Online delivery of our first taste of Flam-kuche. It definitely won’t be the last they were absolutely amazing a light crusty base and such flavour in the sauce and toppings. Only improvement I can see would be having mixed box to enable you to try different flavours .

These are so delicious! Easy to make up but tastes like a restaurant. Recommend the goat’s cheese and beetroot.

Different and delicious! The instructions were easy to follow and the results were scrumptious. Can’t wait to try a different flavour.

I can highly recommend. I ordered a kit a week ago and wasn’t disappointed, it was a better alternative to a pizza and delicious. I will definitely order again for my husband and I.
