We launched AMENITIZ two months ago. It's only natural that we had to overcome hurdles at the beginning. After all, we are newcomers to the business. But the team around AMENITIZ was always there to answer all our questions professionally and competently. The chat is going great. We can say that AMENITIZ really does care about its customers.

It’s a magnificent platform but you do need to be PC proficient.

Phone support is excellent

Amenitiz gives me peace of mind. They are very reliable and fix any minor issues very quickly. I have given 5 stars but I would like it noted that easier access to revenue per booking agent and definitely host's website would be appreciated, to make accounting procedures easier.

I can ask for support with any questions that crop up with a member of the support team on an online chat and have my questions answered clearly and in a timely manor. Signed up due to good offer but immediately received an invoice rather than a welcome package. Emailed support to cancel contract the next day but has been ignored. Now have received an invoice for a website build that I didn't even sign up for. Scam company just looking for easy money. Bank and ombudsman have been contacted to retrieve monies.

Accurate and clear instructions from their SME helped me execute the commands on my settings.

We have been using Amenitiz for a few years and would highly recommend it. The set up service is excellent and they give great after care. The websites are very stylish and great functions built in.

They managed our phone connection problem with a specific country line by proposing alternate effective solution.
