I recently started using Amenitiz to host and help me
the onboarding was great however, I have not started the marketing and hence direct bookings as yet

Very patient help for those not great with technology.

They are simply the best. They provided the best solution in a very short period of time. Go ahead and don't think twice.

Got sorted when I tried to find my answers

Terrible - don't even think of signing up with them! Amenitiz blocked my access to my booking.com account! In the beginning they made huge promises in their sales pitch- all lies- the signup was so much admin, then the did nothing as promised:
Calendar view is not what was shown in the demo
Google hotel link requires 1 night stays and same day check ins which was never mentioned in the sales pitch
Website is clumsy
Can’t edit or message manual bookings
Housekeeping can’t get a calendar view only without editing bookings
Can’t take credit card payments for direct bookings
Mobile app view is terrible
The don't connect to any of our local OTA's
Support takes ages and when I refused to pay the next subscription fee (emailed and explained why) they somehow blocked my access to my booking.com account.

Sadly, not a good experience for us. Sold very well from sales team but didn’t deliver. Also, everything was great until after we signed up and did our training. There after was pretty much ignored. Didn’t get one single booking and actually lost money.

Generally we don't have many problems on the operational side with Amenitiz and their customer service responses have got quicker and better since they reinforced their teams. We had a slightly disappointing experience when it came to the recent price rise and trying to lock in a lower price - a lack of information and errors in calculations made it complicated to compare the offers

After being set up and onboarded, you easily remain with more questions as you navigate their system. Their support will help you all the way until you are satisfied with the outcome. It helps you to understand even more.

I am very happy with Amenitiz and highly recommend their platform. I spent a lot of time comparing all of the channel manager and booking engine sites before deciding on Amenitiz. I am a new bed and breakfast and they have helped with everything. We created a great website together and the customer service has been excellent. Being new to the business I have had several questions and things I was unsure of, but they have responded quickly to and handled perfectly all of my requests

Easy to get help on the chat line. I was also able to get in touch with Amenitiz by phone and sort the issue out.

every time I need help the guys from support are there. they either send me the info to read and act or help me online until my request is filled. Never say no.

Amenitiz is a simple and effective channel manager.
Pros: you can connect with Google hotels, airbnb and booking. The price recommendations tool is handy. They set up your own website with booking engine and it looks very professional.
Cons: a bit pricey for small accommodations. I'd like it to collect ID'S and send them to the police automatically or semi. Can't connect to VRBO yet, though it's supposed to be fixed soon.

Amenitz excels at efficiently handling all of your bookings. Since utilizing their services, I no longer experience any double bookings.
