Amenitiz is an easy to use integrated platform for managing your hotel's bookings especially for the smaller Hotels and Guest Houses / B&B's. It combines the website, reservation manager / OTA interface, and reservation payments in a single interface avoiding the need to run and manage three separate providers / companies.
Information is presented in an easy to understand manner and the support staff are very knowledgable and quick to respond. Great integration between website, booking engine and payments make the whole process easy to handle.

Such a friendly and helpful company. I had a training session on the Channel Manager and one on the website. And they were very responsive when I asked them questions after. And I got my first booking today after the website being live less than a week!
The preparedness of the web designer and her patience when I had trouble joining the meeting spoke levels of professionalism and I commend her for that.

Since we have moved from Avivo to Amenitiz we have seen a slow and steady improvement in the direct booking we receive as we move to promote the business away from the main sources of Booking and Expedia. At first things were tricky as learning the new platform took some time although its now super intuitive and easy to navigate its the same with anything new it takes time to learn. The staff have been great, in fact we have had nothing but great, reactive support from everyone every time we have a question or we find something that we dont understand, the staff are there to help. We have had some great webinars and they are constantly putting ideas and other options into place to help drive our business forwards, thanks Amenitiz for your ongoing support and assistance in the last two years. We honestly look forward to many more.
Amenitiz single handedly ruined our business. The booking system is the life of the business and they caused us so many problems.
I'm am incredibly surprised as to how there are so many positive reviews! Even if you encountered no problems with the staff at Amenitiz, the software is so non-user friendly!
They managed to let guests book at a lower rate than we accept. They made it possible for guests to double book, their software cant manage to update more than 365 days ahead but they dont tell you that.
We had to phone guest after guest to try and undo the mess they got us into. Tarnishing our high reputation.
They also said that we were on a rolling contract and could cancel whenever but it turns out that wasnt true either.
Please do yourself a favour and AVOID!
We moved our booking platform to this company and they have made our administrative lives and absolute nightmare. I wish, whole heartedly that we had never been approached by them. It's been a catalogue of errors from start to finish. We left them (finally) in June, which was as soon as we could, and they have still managed to mess up a booking, steal £1222 pounds from us by debiting a transaction, that we never received (funds held pending) and now we are having to sue them to get our money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
