I had the best experience with Ameri Auto. I had talked with 3 other companies and Jennifer was the one who stuck with me, treated me with respect, and helped answer my questions. A couple other companies were rude & pushy. It’s hard to ship a car and trust someone you do not know.
I’m so pleased with the service I received all around. Jennifer stuck with me til the very end and I am so grateful for this company!

Do not use. All a trick. Low balled us first. Asked for deposit. Then they asked for Double the asking price.

If I could give them no stars I would. I set up transport of a vehicle from Maryland to Colorado. Got the rate for $510, paid the of $200 deposit and set up date for pick up. On the pick up date ,The driver had a mechanical problem. After many hours of going back and forward with one another. He looked for a new driver and couldn’t find one for the same day and he said they will be able to do a pick up on Monday. On Monday after waited all most half the day, I reached out to them and they gave a new price that was more then double the price $1300.. They will not refund your deposit. Don’t book them!!!! Don’t trust those other reviews. All posted in a weeks time. My biggest mistake The are SCAMMERS!!!

Shipping my car from Texas to New York was worry-free thanks to the excellent support from Victoria. She was friendly and professional, answering all my questions promptly. My car arrived safely and right on time. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided!

SCAM!

The usual...set up transport of a vehicle from CA to WA. Got the rate, paid the deposit and set up collection date. On the collection date I get the standard "my driver had a problem" message. They happened to find another driver that could do the run but the price increased by 150%.

Rob texted me and offered to ship my car for $800. I signed a contract and gave them $200 to lock it in. Everyone else who wanted to transport my vehicle said that he would change the price; but they all said that about each other! When i asked him about it, he swore that he was God fearing and swore on the lives of his children and parents that he would refund my deposit if he didnt do what he promised. On the day they were supposed to pick up, they were no call-no show-no answer-no return call. The next day he finally texted and said "his driver was involved in a deadly accident and he had to find a different one". when I asked which hiway, he didn't answer. When the "new" driver called, he said $1300 on delivery. I called and told Rob to refund my deposit because he lied. He begged and pleaded so much and begged some more and asked for pity and pleaded and promised to pay some of the difference. He lied and said the driver wanted $1500 so he didn't contribute anything. I paid $1500 for an $800 SIGNED CONTRACT. He said they would pick up at my door on the 2nd and drop off at my door on the 7th. Actually, I had to drive the car to the main road for pick up and drive to a truck stop to pick up on the 12th!

The worst company ever. They told me they had a driver all set for me but did not wanted to give me the driver's contact so I can get in contact with them directly and verify, I had to tell Ameri I was going to cancel and to give me my $300 deposit back and that's when they gave me the driver's contact... they picked up the vehicles on 9/20 and it was dropped off on 9/23 but in order for me to get my vehicles(2) they made me pay extra money after there was a sign contract from both part for one price, they literally raised up the price right before I received my vehicles... I told them I wasn't going to pay extra and i was back and forth with Jennifer and with the supervisor Jacob. Jacob told me to not worry to just pay what I was supposed to since the beginning that they will pay the rest to the driver just how it originally was, but when the driver got here, they never changed the paperwork back how it originally was and unless i paid the extra which I had no choice then I wouldn't get my vehicles, Jacob nor Jennifer answer my calls or texts... But I did a report because I literally have everything by text and the contract! Ameri Auto Transport is the WORST company ever!!!

It was a great experience for me.
I was provided a 2 hour window for the vehicle pickup and it went smoothly. I was provided a 2 hour window for delivery and it went smoothly. The broker Jason brown and his driver had great communication with me. I’m so grateful that the whole experience was positive for me and my family. I will be using this company again.

I can honestly say. The communication was 100% satisfactory. Pricing more than fair and very easy to work with. I’ve Been using this company for several years and have been most satisfied and highly recommend their services. Ameri Auto Transport delivered as advertised. Of the 4 carriers I contacted, it was the ONLY one that gave me an exact quote on what it would cost me to take my car from Norfolk to Manassas. Every other company gave me one figure only to balloon it after I agreed to sign the initial contract!

The car shipping industry is just a bunch of scam artists who have no intention of ever standing behind their shipping quotes. Alex Smith and this company have waisted so many peoples time during my experience with them that I just had to write a review to warn everyone else not to use this company.
It all starts off great with a really good price to ship my car, the time frame was reasonable, and I paid a deposit. They said they "have a driver in my area" and will not post it to the shipping board. Apparently there is a board that all car shippers subscribe to to post opportunities. We scheduled a date and time "4PM Sharp". Throughout the process, he made promises that his price would not increase and to "trust him" that all will work out. Pickup day arrives and he texts me that "his driver took a sudden leave so it will need picked up the next day"...meanwhile, another shipping company tells me that my car is still listed on this public shipping board to be picked up! They didn't even have a driver yet! The next day comes, car does not get picked up. Alex says it will be picked up by 10 am the next morning...guess what happens...car again does not get picked up. At this point, I realize that this joker is wasting my time. They never ended up picking up my car. Thankfully, after a week, I was able to at least get a refund of my deposit. Do not use these people. Wasted my time and the sellers time and they just got off the hook by refunding my deposit. They could care less. They are terrible. I would never recommend using them.
