Beware they took my deposit. Promised that my vehicle will be picked up with agreed price. Brooker told me something happened to the original driver. New driver is asking for 50% more. Dont be victim. These people will get karma in their life.

I read alot of review that have same situation as me. I should have done my own research Beware!!

Booked Thursdsy, confirmed Friday, was told that if I had any questions to call or message. No response Sat or Sunday
Finally spoke with rep Victoria on Monday when I called. Trucking company never called me to confirm. Victoria called back 3 hours later to tell me there were mechanical issues with driver. This is the day my car was supposed to be picked up. She was able to find someone who could pick up today for $1700, and someone who would do it for $1300 the following day. Original “contract” was signed for $810. Asked multiple times to have my deposit refunded. Turned me over to Jacob who is “a man of his word” and who told me he would find a driver the next day for $810 and pay the balance out of his pocket. Would find driver by 7 PM at 4 he started texting and calling me offering absurd quotes. What happened to 7 PM. He was then very rude telling me that he had other customers and when confronted with the fact that he was indeed offering the route to drivers for $1300 he suddenly wanted to cancel the contract. At this point I again requested my $200 deposit back. No he was cancelling and sending me to another broker, Victoria

This is the most sketch and scammer company I have ever worked with. Originally quoted me $700 to ship my car. They made me sign a contract and put a deposit down. The day my car had to ship it went up to $1,100. I was moving and had no other choice. When the driver arrived with my car they charged an extra $100 and would not release my car until I paid the full amount. I tried to contact ameri auto and they would not pick up my phone call or help.

DO NOT WORK WITH Jason. It’s not even his real name. He is rude, disrespectful, and untrustworthy.

Dear customer who wants use this company, I recommend not to use this company. they always Lie Lie Lie. If you want to transfer your cars use different broker company that understand and good management. They made contract with different prices and then they gonna made different contract with car-haulers. There are always conflict between car-haulers and customers. Please be aware of this company FAKE COMPANY!!!!! SCAM!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Ameri Auto Transport completely scammed my family and me.

My contract clearly stated that my vehicles would be picked up on 3/3/2025 and delivered by 3/6/2025. Today is March 7, and my vehicles still haven’t been picked up. When I finally demanded to cancel the contract, Patrick miraculously called back—only to tell me that he couldn’t cancel it while also attempting to double the original price.

This company failed to uphold their contract, yet refused to refund my money. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.

The information you provided is completely incorrect, further proving how incompetent this so-called “company” is. Only one of the three vehicles has been shipped, not all. Your representative, Patrick, attempted to increase our contract from $575 per vehicle to $1,200 per vehicle—more than double the agreed-upon price.

Given this blatant attempt at price gouging and failure to fulfill the contract, we have rightfully canceled. And yes, please proceed with the full refund—we have no interest in doing business with a company that operates like yours.

This company is sketchy and will force you to ship with them. They will not take your agreed upon price and if you try to cancel will keep the listing on the central board dispatched service for drivers.
Do not give them your money.

I reached out to this company to get my vehicle shipped. I contacted them to give me a quote and they did I asked for them to confirm that the driver will transport the vehicle for the quote amount and they did. Upon contacting the driver, he refused to the quoted amount and agreed to charge me $50 more than the quoted amount. I confirmed with him before signing the contract with the broker. Immediately after I signed the contract the driver now increased his price to $300 above the quoted amount from the broker stating that I should have known it would go up and that he will not give me a full refund of my deposit either and will only refund me half of my deposit. I went back and forth with these individuals for 4 hours. The broker was like maybe you should go and ask your police office family friend for money so then we can ship your car. it's jus $300 more. like are you kidding me! What a bunch of scammers and liars. Please DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS WEIRD COMPANY AND THEIR MONEY HUNGRY SCAMMING DRIVERS! I had to beg them to remove sensitive information like posting of home addresses from their online status board!

Horrible company the American Auto transport they come late and I Missed my flight cause I have to drive to deferent city to park my car and leave my car to my friend that way they can transfer it from California to Virginia and they over charged me form 675 to 1275 I will contract business berau and Federal as well to complain about them and they have horrible customer services !and in other hands they hung up on me many times and said f words they promised me to deliver my car in 48 hours and than 5 days ! I don’t recommend any one to call them or deal with this company because they are irresponsible if u deal with them u you loose u time and many and energy .

Con artist, Not much more to say. They send you a quote for a decent dollar amount. You accept the offer sign their goofy little paperwork and then call you weeks latter to tell you that the driver wants twice the amount of money to deliver your vehicle.

Stay away from this company. Bunch of scammers promising low rate then try to strong arm you and give u a line of sh.t. About how there truck broke down and their driver needs more money. They steal your deposit and try to get you for a 200$ cancellation fee after they test your patience and raise price from 500$ to 1600$. And tell u it’s the going rate. Read 30 reviews of same driver “ Oscar “ who plays games also and is part of their scam. They are all lying about their names. Bunch of scammers is what they are. Rob Johnson and all these losers should be banned from business. Reached out to proper authorities today as they need to be put out of business. Beware.! If the price is too good it’s because they bait you to sign contract then fk u for what they can and credit card companies will not stand by you! I did reach out to them and no help. They are scammers!

They tried to shake me down for $1600, the original agreed price was $500 but they said the driver was stuck in a wildfire…2 days away…at 4 PM on the pick up date

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! DO NOT USE AMERI-TRANSPORT Entered a contract for $500 transport of my car. The day of pickup was told the driver had a better offer to pick up other vehicles so my car was bumped and Rick didn’t know when my car would be picked up by the next driver. All is great till they have your money and then the price changes and the contract means NOTHING! Make sure you read it bc it says the time of pickup can change and the price can change and they wash their hands of it. $500 went to $850. He tried $1200! My car was listed on a site for higher than what I agreed to pay. They knew they couldn’t get it there for $500 but lied. You’re held hostage bc they know they have you between a rock and a hard place!! Choose another broker.

I was helped by a lady named Ross, who gave me a date for the delivery of my vehicle. I waited two days for her to tell me she couldn’t find anybody to do the delivery. She refused to give me my payment, a horrible experience

Ameri Auto Transport LLC give me the quote $775 for my 2004 Toyota Sienna, from Sunnyvale, CA to Austin, TX, and they ask me to sent us $175.00 through Zelle which I did last week, and $600 balance I was suppose to give driver when he took the car, and today is the vehicle pickup day (12-06-24) and when I call them what time driver is coming they said now driver is asking $1100 and you have to pay the new amount other wise you loose your $175.00 , Because of the term 9, 10, and 11 which I sign the contract, I ask them you gave me the quote and we both agreed that time and amount and now you are asking more money so why I have to loose my money just refund my money but they are not giving me my money, they play games and they are scammers, don’t go with them.
