I ordered a textbook for an upcoming class through this site. They had a much cheaper option than other places, and then book came in great condition and exactly by the timeline they described. It even still has the audio cd in it! Would recommend!

This is a great bookstore online. We did not get exactly what we wanted with one of the books we ordered, but the company made every effort to make it right which they did in a wonderful way! That kind of Customer Service is what I am looking for in an online business.

The book arrived and was exactly in the condition I was hoping for and arrived on time as I needed. The customer service team was so nice! They knew that my book was taking like a day too long to get to me and were already on top of it with messaging me about it. Confirmed that I got it alright and continued to respond so quickly which was so reassuring. Will for sure be coming back to them for books in the future! The folks at American Book Warehouse were super friendly and helpful. I ordered a book, they sent it, it got lost in the mail, and they just sent me a different copy with no questions asked. It's rare to see such quick and friendly customer service.

After trying to order this item, campaign atlas of Gettysburg battlefield, from two other sellers with very disappointing results, I decided to try one more time when I saw that American Book Warehouse had the same item. This seller did not play games or delay the order at all they sent the order right out to me and it came a few days before I was to leave for my vacation to Gettysburg. I was VERY HAPPY!! If you want a book to actually come well packaged, and fast, order from American Book Warehouse! I promise you will not be disappointed! I know I wasn't!!!!

Great service. I was searching for a hardcover and when the softcover arrived I emailed customer service and they gladly Searched and Sent a hardcover copy at no additional cost. Company also blessed me to keep the softcover and pay it forward to one of my sisters. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And great company.

Found the last book my wife was looking for for a series she was collecting for a great price. Was a surprise she was not expecting and loved it. Fast shipping no hassle.

I ordered a book; they sat on it for a week and then claimed they didn’t have it in stock when I emailed to ask about the status of the order. They then said that they would offer me a book for free or heavily discounted to make good. I picked a book, and then they only told me that they’d give me the deal if I left them a positive review on trust pilot.

I then found that they had the original book I ordered listed for a much steeper price. So they just didn’t want to sell it for me for the original price they had listed.

I went and read other reviews on trust pilot, and found other people who had the exact same experience of ordering a book, them claiming it was out of stock and then finding it relisted for much more later.

Don’t buy from them. They’re scammers and slimy.

They illegally put my book for sale on their site. It was only available on Amazon KDP and they have copied it and placed it for sale on their site, fetching triple the price. KDP have now terminated my account due to this illegal listing.

My experience with American Book Warehouse was exceptional. Unfortunately, the book that I paid for was no longer in their inventory. I was given a full refund and offered another book that I chose at no cost as way to make up for the inconvenience of not being able to fill my original order. There are not many companies that would be this generous. I highly recommend purchasing books from them.

They deliverer was fast and timely and they answered me when I sent them a email the Bible I received was.in great shape even though it was a used one I had zero trouble and will order from them again very pleased

I had an issue with an order. The book I ordered could not be filled by the publisher so American Book Warehouse did not have the book in stock. ABW went above and beyond to take care of me and get me another book that I wanted. Thanks again for the help and making this right.
