Absolutely the best customer service out there. They stayed in touch throughout the process and took excellent care of everything. Also, they’re the only ones who had the book I was looking for. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

I ordered and paid for a book on March 21, 2025. I was patient for a while, looked online and saw that my order was pending. Supposedly, it would arrive in 7-9 days. More than two months later, American Book Warehouse has my money, and I still don't have my book. I've sent three online messages to them and left a message by phone, but it seems that they either don't check messages or simply don't care. I'm disappointed and disgusted. I suggest that anyone who is considering ordering anything from this company should look elsewhere for a company that is reputable. I've never experienced such poor treatment from a company

I ordered a book that was listed as in stock but I noticed after a couple weeks that it hadn't shipped. I emailed the company and they replied and said it was actually out of stock but immediately gave me a full refund and offered to send me a different book of my choosing at a high discount to make up for the inconvenience. I felt like that was more than generous and fair, and their customer service was really helpful and friendly.

I ordered a book that cost nearly $400 and it was "pending" for about 5 days before I attempted to get in touch with them. Several emails and days later, still no response at all!!! Luckily I paid through PayPal and hopefully can get my money back. I feel that half these good reviews are made by the company in question and are BS. Look at the wording used and how the bad reviews seem genuine. I cannot express this enough... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!!! Thank you

I purchased a book that was out of stock, and they quickly refunded me for the item and we're willing to send me a free copy of another book I was interested in.

Unfortunately, the book that I originally ordered from American Book Warehouse was unavailable.

However, they emailed me immediately and offered several ways/options to remedy the situation. One of which was for them to do some digging and research to see if they could find a copy.

They were so patient and kind and continued to follow up with me throughout their search. When they were unable to find the book, they rectified the situation immediately! I received a full refund and a new book in its place.

Their customer service is amazing! They didn't need to offer a new book in its place, but they did! Everyone I emailed with was so kind, patient, hardworking, and regretful for being unable to find the initial book.

I will 100% be ordering from them again and will continually recommend this company! I have never been this happy with a company's customer service before!

I made a purchase for a rare collectible book. As it turns out, the book was purchased shortly before my order went through. I was quickly refunded and offered a free or discounted book for the confusion. The customer service was personable & kind. Although I didn’t get the book I ordered, they went out of their way trying to locate it & make the situation right. I would definitely entrust them again with my precious book collection.

I ordered a rare book from American Book Warehouse. Unfortunately it was actually out of stock. They got in touch with me to let me know and provided me with a refund. They also send me another book for free as an apology. I appreciate the effort they took to rectify the situation in a professional way.
They have very large selection of books and I'll definitely look for books there in the future.

There was an issue with a book that I initially ordered but American book warehouse worked hard to get my order refunded and send me a new book of my choice. I really appreciated them working to make things right. I will order from them again because of the great customer service.

Excellent and personalized customer service. Book was in better condition than expected, and was received in timely manner. I am happy to have found out of publication title in really good condition.

I ordered and paid for a hardbound book and received a softcover book for the title and author requested. I contacted American Book Warehouse by email and phone, describing the problem. I received prompt emails with directions and a solution. I received a hardbound copy within a reasonable amount of days and it was in excellent condition. I understand errors can be made. It’s how a satisfactory solution can be met. I’m very happy with the outcome.

They originally sent me the wrong cover of the book I ordered which isn’t a big deal and they were so nice when I emailed about it and they immediately sent me the new one and even let me keep the other one!

I ordered a language book to help with my studies. The book I ordered ended up being out of print, but their customer service department kept trying to track down a copy for me, and kept me updated. Sadly, we were never able to track one down, but American Book Warehouse was fantastic throughout the entire process. They helped me find an alternative that met my needs. I highly recommend them!
